Reviews
In addition, in the evening we did not have any bottled water in the room to drink. In the room, there was a menu listing items available for purchase from the hotel, including bottled water priced at around euros. My partner went to reception to get some. As the man at reception was busy with other guests, he first spoke to a young woman there. The same man then stepped in, in a rude and somewhat aggressive manner, telling him not to speak to her because she was “only an assistant” and that he should speak to him directly. He then said they did not have any bottled water and that we had to buy it from the hotel restaurant. We assumed the price would be the same as in the room menu, but for two bottles of water we had to pay around 13 euros. The service was poor, and the staff extremely rude.
In response, the receptionist reacted rudely. He threw our passports onto the counter and said, “If you don’t want to stay, you can go.”
I told him there was no need to be aggressive, and we decided to leave immediately. We went to another hotel, where we were received with courtesy and professionalism.
Because of the receptionist’s behavior, your hotel lost the opportunity to rent two rooms. I hope this matter will be addressed appropriately to prevent similar situations in the future.
Nice place but terrible staff. At the front desk it clearly states that the sauna can be turned on by request, at least two hours before use. We requested it be turned on in the morning and were told it would only be turned on in the afternoon. Why put the sign there if it's a lie? Then at checkout, we were a about 15 mins late and they wanted us to pay €20. The room wasn't even rented that night (I asked the night before in case we wanted to extend)
