This hotel always has a lovely atmosphere.
We had a problem with streaming service in our room, someone came to look at it, but it wasn’t repaired by time we left.
We only had world news to watch in evening.

Just came down for one night but enjoyed the spa facilities. Buffet dinner was good for the money and hotel was very pleasant with modern decor styling. Bring your rubber pool slides as quite expensive to buy from hotel shop on a Sunday if you forget them !I would like to come back to stay on a ski holiday. Very friendly people in town and had a great time going up the Zugspitze .
This is the fourth time we have stayed at this hotel, we love the breakfast and afternoon cake and coffee, the spa facilities are great and relaxing, rooms are modern and clean, my only fault is that if you’re there for 7 nights they should give you a room down the quiet end of the hotel,
