We stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling from Hamburg to Austria for our skiing holiday, and everything was perfectly fine.
The location is very convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. A special mention goes to the lady, at the reception called Svetlana. She was incredibly kind and warm. We saw her not only at reception but also during breakfast, where she personally prepared everything, which made the experience feel very personal and welcoming.
Overall, we were totally satisfied with our stay and felt very well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay, especially when traveling.

We spent one night there. We found the room very spacious, with nice design and very clean. The only thing that I missed was a small fridge in ten room.

The penthouse is very run down and nothing worked (blinds, dishwasher, hairdryer, door code stopped working while we were there). Photos on website look great but don’t be fooled. Water pressure was good however and is the only positive apart from the staff who were wonderful and can’t be blamed for the above comments. Bed is in an awkward space so need to crawl out of bed or navigate awkwardly placed walls and the furniture very out dated. It pretends to be a hotel but is more an upmarket hostel. Had to let ourselves in via a code when we arrived late afternoon as no one at reception and doors locked. I would not come back again and the web images are misleading.

Used this premises for a business trip to Nuremberg and couldn't have been happier.
Staff are friendly and helpful, room was basic but clean, neat and tidy and location was great for public transport, cafes/restaurants and also only a short walk to the city centre too.
I would highly recommend ArtHotel and will definitely be staying there again on future trips to Nuremberg.

This hotel is definitely not safe if you're with kids! The rooms have no locks!!
Firstly we couldn't find the parking, therefore had to park on the street. We were two families with small children and suitcases. When we got to the hotel, which is a block of flats in a residential area, there were flats around it which we had to pass to get to it, there was no reception staff and the lifts were out of order! Carrying children and luggage up two flights of stairs, when we got to the room it was boiling hot! It was 32C outside, the room had no ventilation, no AC or even fans! We requested for 2 rooms with an extra bed, but only got one extra bed in one room. There were spiders and spider webs in our room. Since there were no locks on the doors we felt unsafe to stay the night! Even after calling and emailing they still charged us full price! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Large penthouse, convenient for a family with children . Kitchen with vary basic ustensiles . A bit far from transportation. No staff at all. We did not see anyone, with self check in/ check out.
