The staff is very friendly. The room was quite big, nice and clean. Breakfast is also really good. Location is excellent, but if you arrive with car you need to park it a little bit further at a parking house for a fee.

This place is adorable and quaint. It's close to restaurants and shopping. The rooms are beautiful and large. The breakfast was so delicious

It's much more of a bed and breakfast than hotel. This is perfect for a romantic weekend with your spouse/partner/lover

The location of the hotel is very good, directly in the city center, but no parking place, you either had to pay 30 euros per day, or to find parking place a bit far from the hotel. The rooms in the hotel were large enough and comfortable for family, also clean, but from the first minutes that we entered the building and rooms, we felt an unpleasant smell, like as some time ago a lot of people smoked cigarettes and the smell was still everywhere that's really unpleasant for none smokers; although there were no-smoking signs on the doors.The breakfast was poor, no much choice. Personelle was friendly.
Not bad hotel, but next time i will not stay there definitly.

We had the pleasure to sleep in this hotel with our dog. It was amazing! The staff is super polite and nice, we arrived very late and they waited for us and welcomed us with kindness. As we arrived into the room, we found food and water for our dog. Very nice experience, highly recommended to visit the city!

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Breakfast is excellent, for 10 more Euro. It is quiet Excellent location to the Old City. Friendly staff. I definitely recommend it.

Quaint atmosphere located right on Joseph Plaza nice breakfast and inside the walled city. I would be happy to stay there again.

Pleasant enough hotel. Clean enough but could do with a little updating of the main use areas. Located very centrally. No parking provided, you must pay €2/hr for on street or garage parking except Saturdays 20:00 through Sunday. Breakfast is good as far as continental breakfasts go and is provided complimentary with room. There is a lovely corner nook table in the right side dining room. Pets welcome at an additional charge.

The Hotel is very Central, perfect for exploring the city. The staff is nice and attentive. The rooms are functional, but neatly furnished. However, the double room go out to the front, and it is in the morning 7 o'clock very loud. Also annoying: the curtains are so thin, that it is after sunrise, as bright as day in the room!
