Bischofshof Braustuben in Regensburg

What a wonderful place to stay!
The room was quite large, the bed comfortable, the shower really good, and best of all it was so quiet.
Breakfast was perfect: a lovely buffet of a variety of fresh items, plus coffee, tea, cappuccino.
The staff was excellent: helpful and friendly.
We ate dinner there one night of our stay and throughly enjoyed it.
When we return to Regensburg, we will definitely stay at Bischofshof Braustuben.
Thank you to the wonderful staff who made our visit memorable.

Nice property. Restaurant was good. Not much around to walk to.

We have a lovely stay at Bischofshof Braustuben. It’s an easy 15 minute walk from the Regensburg historic center. The staff was absolutely wonderful, not only pleasant to deal with but also very helpful when a repair was needed in our room.

We also appreciated fabulous breakfast menu and having the restaurant/pub downstairs. After days of a decent amount of walking, a nice beer from tap and a tasty dinner right in the building hit the spot. The Tuesday night especially was perfect as the restaurant/pub serves their schnitzel specials.

If we ever come again to Regensburg I would not want to stay anywhere else.

Very welcoming staff, breakfast was pleantyful, easy parking, delicious dinner and beer at the restaurant. Nice outdoor seating area. Easy walk to downtown.

Great spot with a beer garden and good food too. Perfect overnight stay for me. Seemed to be mostly locals here too.

Stopped in for a few beers. Very nice Biergarten, biers we’re ok, average in flavor for styles, and a little more expensive than similar in area.

Nice and comfy place with a Biergarten outside. The food is tasty and the beer refreshing. The place is a bit outside of the city center so its more for locals.

Very friendly staff, especially the Boss. Also staff are all OK! Very nice and clean rooms, good food. I can only recommend. More thus dear Team from the Bishop's residence.

Bischofshof Braustuben was our hotel for several nights in Regensburg Germany in late September. The staff was very helpful and friendly, even going out of their way to assist us with directions and early entry to the room. The room was comfortable and quiet. The location is on the edge of a beautiful neighborhood and an easy 15 minute walk to the center of a wonderful city with many amenities.
We ate one of the best meals we had in Germany in the beer garden at the restaurant. We had the Friday special which was a local fish and tried the "Crazy" Cordon Bleu as well. Both were very delicious, well prepared and served quickly. One of the plates had the freshest, tastiest green beans and the green salad was excellent. We opted for the breakfast buffet each morning (additional charge) and it was hot and in the style of the region.
We REALLY enjoyed the dark beer brewed literally next door.

Beautiful biergarten, fantastic food, delicious beers brewed on site. Waitress was very friendly and helped us with some German words we didn't know. English menu available! Made for a wonderful stop between Munich and Nuremberg.
