The friendly staff compensates the small room, bizarre design, no elevator, and an 'interesting' location. Staying one night is fine though. I guess it is a good value for your money in comparison to other hotels. The staff actually goes an extra mile to please you.

Do not stay here ! Worst communication ever. I tried to cancel the room after a few nights as I needed to move to another part of the city and after being told I could - I have been charged for the full stay (5 extra nights)
There is no front desk, they don’t respond to emails, no one answers the phone. This is also the last time I am using ******* as they lied to me about being able to cancel.

I don't need to go back.

Unfortunately, my stay wasn't quite optimal! The hotel is too noisy overall, and the rooms are too dark! The towels and bed linen didn't smell fresh! Our room wasn't cleaned during our two-night stay!

Queen beds are 1.50 x 2 meters! Personally, I find these beds too small for a double room!

We checked in at 12, left our luggage in the room. Came back at 8.30; the card-key did not open the room (as it did at noon). We called the emergency telephone number 12 times for an hour: answering machine. Because of that, we had to look for another hotel with available rooms but more expensive. We demand full repayment and the reimbursement of the price difference!

Average hotel.
We were woken up twice by someone entering the room. We don't understand how anyone could enter the rooms like that in the middle of the night. It's creepy.
Otherwise, the cleanliness was fine. The room was adequate for one night.

We stayed here after our vacation on the way back to The Netherlands. So we haven't really experienced everything and only been there for one night. But the bed and showers was great!

Easy to reach location, nice modern and clean room. Check in and out times are really flexible. It was a perfect hotel to stay for a day!

We loved staying here. We spent just one night in our way to Prague. It was exactly what they offer in the internet. However, it is important to highlight staff kindness and well intended, cleanliness is the best we found in our recent vacation time, it was really nice to lie down on the bed and feel the aroma in the linens. Breakfast was very good. We really loved the place.
