Firstly the lobby and the Rezeption was really up to date(modern),but the room we had was very small , specially the bathroom. Would be nice to have a little more space for the bathroom. In all the room price was acceptable. Would like to thank the friendly staff,who did our check-in (Frau Elke)was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel clean and quiet, if you have the direction of the courtyard of the room.

CITY HOTEL CLOSE TO THE TRAIN STATION. The rooms are functional and clean. The bathroom with shower is extremely small, from he window. The Breakfast room in the 5. Floor is stylish, and offer the T. A beautiful view on the old town. Nice Staff. For a short stay this Hotel is suitable absolutely. For a longer stay honest

Parking in public TG with direct entrance to the Hotel is possible. At the reception there is a discount for the Ticket (9€/24h). Breakfast and location are Top. Price is a bit expensive.

Location is Ok - close to city centre, very close to main railway station.
Small rooms, small bathrooms. All rooms are clean and nice. Depending on the room position, it can be noisy due to outside traffic(cars,trains).

Very poor internet connection, got an average speed of 0.54 while using online speed checkers. As a result I couldn't do any work on the laptop. I complained to the staff, they confirmed that they have poor internet connection supplied by Telecom. Overpriced breakfast at an additional cost of 13.00 euro per day. I've had better breakfast in other hotels for the 6-8 euro price range. Room was spacious, but felt claustrophobic because the window was more skylight than window. Felt like being in a boxed room.

The reception is as mentioned on their homepage really 24h available and the service is great even when your are arriving really late in the night. The rooms are for a budget friendly and central hotel not bad. The small bath room has enough room that someone can take a shower while someone else brushes his /her teeth. The beds are comfortable not perfect because the pillows are too shallow for a little upright reading before the sleep. As a service the hotel offers a free water bottle which is placed inside a small fridge which can be fully used. The missing minibar is more a positive then a negative argument on my opinion. We actually stayed during a cold summer weekend and the heater was naturally turned off but during check in the person at the reception mentioned how to turn them on if needed. Overall a good place that I would recommend for a short stay.
