For travellers: please note that this hotel charges EUR 160 for one night ( 3 bed's room) . There is NO possibility to join the hotel outside the very limited check-in hours (15h00 - 22h00 ).
Even if you wait until 07h00 a.m. in the parking, you cannot enter the room you paid for at 07h00 a.m. when the staff comes.

If you recall the hotel to ask why they charged your credit card and why you could not enter the room you paid for at 07h00 a.m. , they answer that they would sue you.

For that price, there a many other options in the region.

Another thing. The booking.com company would do nothing for you...

We have to let you know a situation we encountered at Hotel Ariadne RosenHeim.

The price ( EUR 160 per night) corresponds to a 3-stars hotel. We booked a room for 3 people there ( 1 night ) .

The service received corresponds to a bed & breakfast or a 1-star hotel.

The check-in hours are very limited. It is clearly written on booking.com. But in reality, there is absolutely NO service between 10:00 p.m. and 15:00 p.m. It is not possible to reach the reception between 10:00 p.m. and 15:00 p.m. the next day.

As we arrived at 11h00 P.m., there was nobody at the reception AND nobody answered our calls and emails.

So we had to sleep in our car in the hotel's parking until 07h00 a.m. on sunday.

At 07h00 a.m. the staff came and we discussed. The staff had absolutely no information about our reservation ( and the EUR 160 payment ). We could not enter the room. We just had to leave.

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. SO we should at least have been allowed to enter the EUR 160-room-per-night from 07h00 a.m. until 11h00 a.m. This is absolutely unacceptable.

When we could reach the hotel's reception, the told us that they would charge our credit card ( EUR 160 ) even if we had to sleep in our car.

Please indicate to your "hotels" to behave as real hotels. Or to change their names like "family pension" or "bed & breakfast", not EUR 160.- / night's "hotels".

Very bad for the region ( beautiful region we must say ).

In short: such businesses pretend to be EUR 160.- / night hotels, but they are in reality 0 star hostels or bed and breakfast. The price should be less than EUR 80 per night . AND these "hotels" have to indicate clearly that between 10h00 p.m. and 15h00 p.m. the next day ( i.e. during ... 17 hours per day!! ), there is absolutely NO service, either by phone, email or at the reception.

We are very sorry to tell you that, but we live in a touristic area and we would be glad to hear such stories from tourists, in order to bring the quality / price ratio of the region in an acceptable level.
