The room was very nice and modern. Unfortunately, the toilet smelled so strongly of smoke that it was almost unbearable for us as non-smokers to go to the toilet there. The bed and the mattress were much too soft. Check-in was straightforward.

Checking in at 4 pm and out by 10 am in the winter months when it is dark early is a challenge it would be nice to make it 3pm and 11 am. Also internet was slow and the shops were nit as close as it was implied the write up.

The property was nice but they don't tell you what room assignment you have until the day of. I was on the third floor with a pitched roof and it was hot tmduring my stay. There is no air conditioning and the hosts do not provide fans. The heat plus the pitched roof made out stay uncomfortable.

Self-catering accommodations aren't ideal for first-timers, and the cleanliness of the rooms needs improvement in Chengdu.

Good price performance ratio. You are checking in through a digital counter machine, which is quite cool. There was a disturbing smell in the room. Before leaving I discovered an old cigarette stub under the bed. The furniture was a bit worn, the chair a bit filthy. Thus only three stars for the room.

The structure is in a neighboring area, very quiet, every day in about 15 minutes by car I was at the fair and in 20 I was in the centre, I never found traffic, so very convenient for those exhibiting or visiting the exhibition centre. Very small congested rooms and bathrooms. No amenities in the room. No coffee maker, no water, no fridge. Rooms are not sound proofed at all. You can hear people walking from the next room and lobby. There was no wifi in the rooms and the TV didn't work either. The shower had minimal water pressure and the shower head didn't fit on the rod. The breakfast was also rather semi, with little choice and overall the hotel is probably more for older people than for young people.

Bit of no frills bed and breakfast hotel. Room was OK but obviously a smoking room because of the stale smoke smell. On the recommendation of friends, we booked the Hotel Knorz for our visit to Playmobil FunPark. Children are absolutely welcome, and the garden is perfect for the little ones to play and for the parents to relax and meet other parents. Their reception is very friendly and within 5 minutes they assign you a room and other necessary items during check-in, their rooms are good and their service is good. The area of the restaurant is fantastic. The only drawback is the location if we look at every detail, such as the view.

About 1 block outside the Old Town walls. Cafe nearby is rated number one. Huge breakfast. Bad thing, everything closed on Sunday so stock up on waters and snacks.

Old Town across the street by a block. Easy access to the Christmas Kindlmarket in Nurnberg. Room is slightly small and for the price paid $575 USD, they could have had a couple free waters in room. The buffet is small and not worth 17 euros (over $20 USD) each person for each morning. It’s just continental.

Not up to Motel One standards. Most concerningly my room (141) was situated next to a fire escape to a car park and I was disturbed one night by three guys sitting on the steps of the fire escape talking and drinking. I doubt very much they were guests (if you were a guest would you spend your time on the fire escape?) so it begs the question how they managed so easily to get into the hotel from outside...

Very good value for money hotel. Clean, near the Center, with a decent breakfast and friendly staff. The rooms are kinda small and the cleaning ladies bothered us a lot even after putting the sign on our door.

This place deserves a lot more attention. We had very nice experience here (even though the location was a bit further away from the city center). Great and friendly service, very high quality steak. I was impressed by the pistachio ice-cream, tastes amazing and homemade. Would definitely come back and recommend this place to my friends.

We stayed 3 night here and everything was pretty good. The stuff was so hospitable, the breakfast was briallint and the woman who is in the kitchen ( not sure but name is Bianca) was so kind and familiar. The location of the hotel was so good . Location directly opposite the train station which is good. Not suitable for people with large cars and cars in general. Street spaces reserved mostly for residents. Multi-level parking available 3 minutes walk from hotel. Breakfast good. Rooms bit small but clean and good service - towels etc.

Great budget accommodation, breakfast included near Main station. 5min walk only. Simplicity but don't need much more. (Maybe a small fridge) Can be noisy at night but a great great experience. Won't stay anywhere else if I visit Nurmberg again.

It’s close to the train station. Lots of food options at the station. Take the tunnel S1-23 and you emerge just a minute's walk from the hotel. Unfortunately there was no lift but the staff helped us carry our heavy luggage up. The room was small for the 3 of us. But everything was clean and comfortable. There was no kettle, coffee nor tea. No fridge. There was a fan which we used. Breakfast was ok

Not terrible but not amazing either. Window covers were dirty and the room didn’t have an airco. Also the breakfast was not included in the price, even tho booking said it was. Parking was €24,- extra for 2 cars Location is decent, bit further outside the city than we thought, but the metro is like 2 minutes walking. Other than that the hotel was pretty nice, and rooms looked good

Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is very old need renovation. Carpet and pillow are very dirty.

That's an ok hotel. They had serious issues with the room keys so checking in took forever and the staff had to accompany me twice to the room until they understood that it's really the key that's not working. And I was not the only guest with this problem this evening. I'd definitely hoped for a more professional behavior.
