No good for disabled as beds are only 2 inches off the floor made entered the room at 7:45 am without knocking as I was taking a shower absolutely disgraceful. She also had a child with it and I think this is totally unacceptable. Definitely avoid at all costs very noisy of a night felt like sleeping in the university campus.

Poor service and untrustful booking system
We have received the receipt for 2 rooms, once we came there where only 1 room! Impossible to get in contact with anyone and when we did they promised to call back, which they never did.

The craziest experience I've ever had with a hotel and one of the craziest experiences in my life. There is no reception, just a machine-based self-check-in desk. This was broken. After many unsuccessful attempts, I reached the hotel hotline, who at first said I was just too stupid to use it. Then she admitted that the portal was broken and after a lot of back and forth, sent a payment link to my cell phone. After paying by credit card, the system would grant access to the room. I paid, but again nothing happened. When I got a little annoyed, she said it wasn't her problem if the computer was broken. I got really annoyed at this point, so she hung up. So I've paid now, but I have to spend the night on a friend's couch.

I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately the only thing I liked was the soft mattress. I arrived shortly after 1500 when checkin time began and the confirmation number I was given was not working. There was a sign posted with a QR code that would take you to a WhatsApp message to the facility. I called multiple times sent multiple messages and I did not get a response until 4 hours later. Very disappointed. There was also this house really close to the property, like almost on it and right next to the checkin door. I was really freaked since I am a young female traveling alone and outside of this house were 4 men just standing there staring at me while I grabbed my bag and went inside. Very creeped out. The shower was nice and clean but the room did smell odd when I first arrived. There’s no storage space for hanging clothes and the shower was clear and right in front of the bed. I was there a Saturday to Monday morning and tried to rest on Sunday but there was constant banging for 14+ hours all day long. It was not a good stay. I will clearly not stay here again.
