The staff was really polite and helpful with everything. Everyday they would take out the trash and make the beds. We didn't have booked for breakfast so I'm not sure about that. The location is good too since it's pretty close to public transport stations and the ride to main monuments took about 20'.
The pictures of the rooms on the website we booked the room I think do not justice the actual situation since the rooms seem to have older style when the reality is not exactly like that.
We would definitely recommend it and if we visit Berlin again we would choose to stay there since it was really value for money.
Rooms nice and clean, but a bit warm (no AC in our room). Close to subway stations.
