Very nice hotel! The room is very comfortable and beautiful. The staff is helpful and attentive when you need some help. The neighborhood has lots of options for you to eat and U and S lines close to the hotel. It was a nice experience!

Room was clean and the furnitures were all good. The breakfast was also good and it gives you power for the day. Service were nice always. Especially for the question for parking the car.

This Hotel is a disaster! It's nearly impossible to sleep because the air conditioning is extemely loud (like others reported too) and can not be turned off. The only reply I got is that the Problem is known, but nothing can be done about it....

The reception staff were really nice and the stay was really good for us. The room was underground so there was no window. Room was a bit darker even with the lights on. The bar/restaurant is small and just beside the reception. Location is very well as well. Metro is just a minute walk away. Many restaurants/bars around the area. 8/10, would stay again.

A very modern looking hotel with a nice room layout perfect for business stay. Great bathroom with a large shower you could stand in all day. Only criticism is that I was given two single sheets on a Double bed which made things a little awkward when trying to tuck myself into bed. However staff were always very nice, breakfast was of a good standard to start a day in Berlin.

The hotel has clearly not been well maintained, which is not obvious in the pictures you can find online. It seems like the owner wants to gain money by investing as less as possible. The interior tries to look design and luxurious, but is not.

The beds were not very comfortable, the breakfast was ok but not particularly good or great.

Overall barely acceptable for the price, but worth checking out another hotel.

Reasonably priced hotel with a very spacious room including en suite with walk-in shower, couch, large double bed, desk and modest balcony. Friendly staff on the front desk and all amenities you'd expect at this tier. Well located for transport with a couple of metro stations nearby. No complementary tea, coffee or water in the room and the TV remote was missing batteries but really I'm looking for faults here as the place is nice and represents good value for money.

The location of the hotel is very centrally located and nevertheless in a rather quiet side street located. The staff was very friendly and handled everything easily. The Breakfast was good and for me personally it has nothing missing. Bacon, scrambled eggs, cheese, cereal, etc. was available. The Hotel and the rooms are decorated in a modern style, what you look at this Hotel from the outside but unfortunately. Overall, everything was clean, stylishly decorated and comfortable.
Recommendation for business trips, tourists and families. At the reception one is very friendly to the wishes of a family

The location is really good, interior (and exterior) is good too, pricing meets the service, but the staff at the reception might be more flexible and improvising on solving problems.

The rooms are super loud. Staff is very unfriendly! Always acts annoyed and Moody. Room Vice is not working well. The rooms are filthy. Have not been to the cleaning of the room, the door locked. Other guests report similar incidents. Each guest will be treated differently. For our room we had to pay a Deposit. After all, I could steal the TV or rampage. Other guests had to pay no Deposit. There is nothing to was to read the must be something to pay
