The hotel's location in the old West is fantastic. The beds are comfortable. There's heating and hot water. The staff is helpful, but with a few exceptions, they don't speak German. The hotel is housed in several old apartments. If you're lucky, you'll have a room in style; if you're unlucky, you'll end up in a servant's quarters with a makeshift bathroom and a toilet shredder. The rooms are in dire need of renovation. Windows are practically guillotines, and the staff has been using the neighbors' toilets for months! It's astonishing that this is allowed in Germany. One can only hope that the creaking elevator gets inspected by the authorities...

Very good value, the room was very large and spacious, and the included breakfast was quite acceptable. The bathroom could use some updating. Overall, a very positive and comfortable stay. The neighborhood is also great, very safe, and close to public transport.

Super clean and very centrally located. I was looking for an affordable but clean hotel. I did some research and, despite some reservations, booked a room here. I'm satisfied. Everything was very clean and the staff were welcoming. It's also right in the center of Charlottenburg. Thank you!

We stayed at this hotel for three days in September 2022. We don't have any special requirements for a hotel. As long as it's a comfortable bed and clean, it's fine for us. We're visiting a city, not a hotel. This hotel is authentically old. The flat-screen TV (and Wi-Fi channels) have been there since 1930, and everything else feels like it's from that era. High ceilings. Wooden stairs with carpeted stair runners. You have to like it, and it's a bit noisy, of course. Based on the other reviews, we were hesitant about the breakfast. There were indeed no rolls, but for the price charged, it's a good and extensive breakfast. The location is truly fantastic: a 10-minute walk from the train station. The hotel is located on a side street off Kurfürstendamm anyway. There are also many nice restaurants in the area. Tip! Try walking the other way from the station exit instead of straight towards the hotel. If we go to Berlin again, we'll choose this hotel again if there's room.

Lift got stuck twice during our check in. Rooms are very tired. Location is a +5 but quality of the hotel pulls it down to a 2..

Great location, very helpful and friendly staff and good cost-benefit. The daily rate includes breakfast - cold cuts, bread, milk, juice and jam. The place is simple, but very well maintained. It is very close to the subway station and from there you can go directly to the main points in Berlin. It was a pleasant surprise and I recommend this hotel if you are traveling on a budget and want a good place to stay.

Superb location! Decent quality for acceptable price. Pretty good breakfast. Wifi not working in my room but in the reception/lobby area.

Very comfortable beds and quite idyllic. For the price you can not complain and the location of the hotel is, of course, wonderful

We have stayed several times in this Hotel.
The location is absolutely top, directly on the Ku'damm.
The room in which we were allowed to stay, were sufficiently large and clean. The bathroom was small but adequate. The Breakfast was fine. You can expect nothing out of the ordinary. For the price overall, you can not complain.
Internet was available and worked perfectly.
The service staff are all very nice and helpful. A big praise from my side!
It is also worth mentioning that dogs can easily pay for to stay in the Hotel without this extra. Top!

Quality in line with the price, some problem with the light that comes through the windows in the early hours of the morning, the curtains are not sufficient, that good even if not excellent, basic breakfast, the sausage, the usual jams, ready-made. Very good the availability of the reception
