A terrible stay. I found ticks on the bed. Although the staff quickly moved me to a new room after I reported it, the next day, none of the power outlets in the new room worked. The facilities and cleanliness were genuinely poor, and the room had a strong, pungent smell. While the staff were friendly and addressed issues promptly, it was still a very disappointing experience overall.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at Wyndham Garden Berlin Mitte. The room is very clean & warm, the hotel staffs are very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was also great! They even let me use their gym/shower after the marathon even past the check out time, so thoughtful! I will highly recommend this place. Danka schön, Wyndham Garden Berlin Mitte! See you again.

Hotel was alright But over priced and management was not really helpful and not amend my booking.
Hotel also offer a private taxi to airport which is 30% expensive

Amazing modern vintage hotel. The suites was very large with a seperate showering and bath area.

pretty nice!! me and my boyfriend stayed for a few nights and we both enjoyed it. it was clean, good service and good pizza. we could hear the strong wind from outside tho, but nothing extremely annoying. like an hour walking from city center.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. From the pictures, it looked old and the decor seemed like it was from the 90s, but after checking in, I found the environment to be surprisingly good, and most importantly, very clean.

However, the hotel is located in a less safe area of Berlin, so it's best not to go out at night.

Hotel not at Mitte. Quite a distance away. Subway nearby so transport still ok. Food plenty around the area. Price reasonable. Near residential area, not much happening. Walkable to a shopping areas 15-20 mins. Room dated. No Aircon but heater available. Ground floor windows open to carpark so safety might be a concern. Breakfast reasonable.

I visited hotel at 14:20 and asked for check-in. The staff told me there's not ready and ask me to wait. During that, other guests still got check-in. When at 15:00, I asked them.. they called to someone in charge but my room is still not ready.

So I'm very upset, and told them it wasted my time. I dropped my luggage there and go out to meet friend.

Facilities: The room was very spacious and comfortable to stay in. There was also a heater, which was perfect for staying warm in winter. The sofa was very comfortable.
Environment: Turning left out of the main entrance, there are two supermarkets and a self-service laundry, which is very convenient.
Kids' breakfast: Trip.com stated that children under 11 eat for free, but the hotel front desk said it was for children under 6.

The hotel is renovating. To go to the room you need to go to the service elevator on the far end of the hotel. The entrance is dusty and working is going on.
The rooms rally need a renovation, it has stains on the floor, the window frame is dirty and lot of scratches.
What is good: location, near a busy street with lot of Turkish restaurants. Roadsite parking is free from 20:00-09:00. The hotel offers good parking as well for 17 euro per day.

This is for sure not a 4 or 3 star property. I am a Wyndham member and this is just far below the level to expect.
