The room we were in was not clean, dust everywhere, dirty shower and no functional A/C.
The breakfast was very sad for the price (17€), small buffet with limited options.
The bathroom sink in our first room was draining super slowly which lead to it smelling horribly on day 2. We asked someone at the front desk before going out what to do and they assured us that we could transfer to a different room if the smell persists. Came back in the evening, smell was still there but the person who was at the front desk for the night shift told us there were technical problems and that there’s nothing he can do. Tried again the next morning, got transferred to a different room immediately by a nice gentleman who promised us a free breakfast the next day to compensate which we appreciated but apparently there is no communication between employees at all because actually getting breakfast the next day and communicating with the (very rude) staff member was a hassle.
Late checkout wasn’t possible either. There is an option though to leave your bags in a protected room.
Got back to my room to find the luggage I locked with the TSA zippers completely "forced", obviously damaged with some sort of pliers that un-bended what holds the zipper's pull tab, to be then put back in place "as if nothing happened", but with obvious scratch marks on the case itself and then I unlocked it and the zipper fell apart. New Samsonite luggage ... crazy ... got me so mad and feeling so insecure in that place.
Also: sink drain was not evacuating water in bathroom. Smelly, dirty.
Checkout lady was nice and offered to help further to escalate to direction though.
