Great little apartment, location Check-in/out process was super easy, communication from the manager was great and easy to understand, the location was terrific and very convenient for wandering all around Berlin, and the property itself was comfortable, charming, and had all the amenities we needed. Friendly staff, and clean room. The location of the hotel is quite far from the city center but public transportation and bus/tram are located in front of the hotel. 2 euros for a bottle of water in the room? For me if I go to Berlin next time I will not book in this hotel.

Rooms road side are exposed to much street noise. Because there's no air-conditioning, you have to sleep with the windows open. So bring ear plugs. Rooms are tiny. So you have to do your Yoga in the hall. Beds are OK. Showers clean enough. Rooms are clean. For a summer season, it's not that great. They do provide a fan. It really needs modern air conditioning. Not bad for Berlin prices.

Nice hotel - cleaning of room could improve The stay was fine. The room comfortable. The staff was nice. Breakfast was great. The only thing that put me off was the lack of cleaning of the floor in the room. In the room there was no carpet. And this is normally nice as this is easy to keep clean. However the floor was SO dirty, I don’t think it had been washed for 6 months.

The restaurant was very kind and accomodating as we arrived after closure and they still arranged dinner for us. We appreciate this greatly!

Great apartment, cosy and very quiet. Perfect location for access to public transport and only 15 minutes to the city. Had issues with the hot water and heating system but it was eventually sorted out.

Walls are thin you can hear others on the TV, also the bed is not very comfortable but got the value it's not bad. Handy to have game with pizza or pastries on main level, they were really nice despite new knowing no German beyond thank you.

A very pleasant hotel experience. I stayed for 18 nights, accompanying my daughter to take entrance exams for two top music conservatories in Berlin. The accommodations were comfortable, which helped her perform well on the exams. Before leaving, she had already received an offer from one of the schools! I'm so happy!

Not your typical hotel. Hard to find entrance, no one at reception (fully self service), no scope of early check-in/late check-out  and no place to leave your luggage. 

This was the perfect hotel for a layover with an overnight stay. It was only a few mins drive from the airport. It was very clean, the room was well appointed, and the bed was comfortable. The on-site restaurant was wonderful. My husband and I other had a main and dessert and all courses were delicious. The staff were professional and attentive. Highly recommend.

The Wi-Fi worked well and it was nice that they cleaned the place every day. Water and conditioner were not provided separately. The Hotel Factus Corniglhof is not far from Hanover Central Station, and there are several shopping and dining options nearby. The hotel is clean and tidy, with a distinctive interior design.

There were no disposable toiletries (they could have learned from China and used renewable materials for environmental reasons!), and slippers weren't provided proactively. You had to go barefoot while washing up in the bathroom; I had to ask the front desk twice before they finally gave me disposable slippers. I paid around 120€ / night for a room with four beds. This ist cheaper than anything else in this area. It is something between a Hotel and a Hostel. Of course, you cannot expect fancy interiors and queen sized beds plus champagner-breakfast for the price ;-) In sum, I would say it is very nice for the price I paid :-) I would stay there again.

It's very clean and comfortable, with good lighting and a very comfortable bed. You'll feel pleasantly surprised as soon as you enter the room. The design is thoughtful and the facilities are complete. The surrounding environment is also very quiet, so you can relax and have a good rest. It feels like a pity to stay for only one day.
