Great place to stay. Clean, quiet, reasonably priced.. I've arrived late and they've organised for "after hours" check-in easy and trouble free.. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others

I booked a place near my office for a business trip, so the location isn't ideal for a leisure trip. However, I think the room condition is satisfactory for the mid-range price. We recently stayed here for one night and were quite pleased. We stayed in an updated room which was very clean and spacious. The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful, I didn’t get his name unfortunately. There is limited parking on site, but plenty of other parking nearby as there are quite a few shops in the area. There is also a Tesla charger less than 1 minute away.

Good hotel for a 3 or 4 day stay, rooms are clean instant hot water in the shower and good breakfast.

The hotel was close to the outlet, small room, reception staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Friendly welcome, clean rooms. The only thing that was a bit annoying was that there was no refrigerator and not a single glass. But the bar had ice cubes and glasses.

Easy check in, not too far away from restaurants althoug a car is needed to get here. It's in walking distance of an outlet shopping center. It's a good value hotel for me as a break from being on the road.

Our group was on the river tour from Bernkastle Keus, we stopped here for lunch, we only had 35 minutes, I told the waiter. Our food and drink came right away and all the meals were delicious, how accommodating, wonderful food and services!!!

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel rooms were clean and serviced well the food was excellent with a great breakfast choice and we ate dinner as a group twice ..this was really good . The breakfast is good, the rooms are big and clean, the bathrooms have everything you need ... shampoo, gel and toothpaste with brush. The checkin service out of hours are very well explained so you do not stay out of the hotel. There is a very large parking lot just in front if there is no space in front of it. Hotel recommended

Small nice cozy hotel in quite area. Very friendly and thoughtful staff.

Værelset nr 24 honeymoon var hyggeligt i højrødt. Badeværelset lidt småt, men helt ok med hårtørrer. Personalet var meget hjælpsomt og gode til at huske hvad man kunne lide til morgenmad, De var gode til at agere turistguide. Et stort plus med sådan et venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Ok but not more. OK hotel close to Hamburg Bahnhof. Quite rough neighborhood, especially during the sundown hours. There is no lift and many stairs to walk up (and carry your bags!!!) so be aware! Convenient but not a nice area - needs a lift to get to the 3rd floor - but I knew that when booking

We had a great time at the hotel which is across the street from my fathers house. I love the option to forego room cleaning and empty the mini bar instead! As we only stayed for 2 nights we made up our own bed and enjoyed free beer in the spacious bathtub instead.

The location is good and next to the Hagenbeck zoo, also the hotel guests can have 20% off for the zoo park ticket. The hotel is with different animals Theme and different continents for different floors. Breakfast buffet is good with variety of choice.

The whole stay was amazing. The staff were friendly, the room I booked was spacious, and it had a beautiful view of the icy mountains. The sauna and gym were free of charge! 🤩

The room and breakfast were great, but check in was not. The check in person may have been stressed but.... We dinged the bell, could hear voices, and still had to wait till they finished their conversation. We requested 2 beds, got to the room and it had 1 bed. Went back to the desk, she went up to check on another room for us, and by the time she returned there was a tour group with room issues....

My friends and I stayed here for 1 night. The rooms were HUGE! Toilets were HUGE! Cleanliness was up to standard. To our delight, 2 sets of toiletries were provided for each room, specifically shower caps, cotton buds, body lotion and tissues. The shower was fitted with a body cum hair shampoo. Great location! There's a supermarket downstairs and plenty of restaurants nearby. They also have an underground parking garage. The room itself was very spacious, and the front desk staff were warm and polite. Plus, it's very close to Neuschwanstein Castle.

Hubner Park is less than a block from the beach front. It is the sister hotel to Hubner Strand which is directly beachfront. Nice staff, nice building! Dry close to the beach!

We were a group of nine for dinner at the restaurant. Most of us ordered rump steak with fries and salad. The food was delicious and the service was very attentive. You can tell that the new owners have brought a breath of fresh air to the hotel and the restaurant. We highly recommend it.

First impression is great nice garden and huge parking. Rooms are great, clean and each day cleaning is excellent. Brekfast is great with plenty nice food and warm bread. Whole hotel is nice and luxory. The stuff are very kind and proffesional and especially the owners.
