Staff is unbelievable friendly and helpful. Location is right in the middle of everything. It’s not luxurious but has everything for a short stay. Very clean.

Too many options for kids. Food quality good. Vegan and veggie options available for breakfast and dinner but not for lunch. No mini bar in room which was not good as we had two kids and could not store the milk in fridge, rooms are not of great quality, no ac available. no prams available for babies which was really bad for us as we had a 3 months old.

Good old fashion East German hotel! It very easy to come and good for people with children. Resonoble prices. You can do different kinds of sports!

The Hotel is great there are 2 restaurants and a pool and also a playground and a goat farm. There are many cool activities to do.

In general, the stay was successful. The staff speaks little English. There was one incident at a children's attraction. The animator couldn't take control. Parents and grandparents took over and as a result my children were made to cry three times. It was sad.

Stayed here for one night. The hotel looked modern and spacious. The room had a good size but it was very warm at night. The best part of the stay was the breakfast, which was served in a spacious area, with a lot of option for bread, pastries, even with a pancake machine. The price is fair and if you only need to sleep here during the night and exploring the city in the day, this would highly meet your needs. Checking in was painful, 20 minute wait plus nearly 20 minutes at the desk as inclusions for our booking weren't recognised initially, then accidentallycharged double for local taxes and parking. Checking out was more painful, felt like more than 20 minutes at the desk, due to similar issues at check in (refund of overpayment at Checking wasn't initially recognised, then took ages to get approved....

This hotel is truly family-friendly and centered around children. The room itself is simple but clean, but everything designed for kids is top-notch. Our baby absolutely loves it here—and especially Yoki, the hotel’s mascot—which is all that matters to us. We’ll definitely be coming back! 👍🏻

Excellent ...but only if you speak German. Very few staff speak English which is a bummer as the place has so much to offer. From family activities to the stunning view, there's plenty to do inside or outside regardless of the weather!

The rooms were really nice and clean the design of them was also very modern and easy on the eyes. The location seems far away from the city centre; however, it is very easy to navigate with the public transport. But of course it takes more time rather than staying somewhere close to the centre.

We stayed in a family room - but it was tiny - there was hardly room to move! I didn’t expect a suite, but I definitely expected a family sized room - not a double room but with extra beds - especially for the price! Was so small that it had a sliding door to the bathroom to save space, but (by design) it didn’t close properly, so there was a gap all the way round and it didn’t lock - so no privacy...

Hotel is great but the ad in the app is awful since one thinks that the parking is included with the reservation (see screenshot) and only later one is informed that the parking has a price of HALF THE ROOM. This extra cost was not in our budget and will probably never use the app again since I feel robbed.

I just stayed the night to get a connecting train the next morning. Free shuttle bus available from.the airport to the hotel, but you have to pay €15 for the shuttle bus from the hotel back to the airport. Room was a decent size and clean. This is my second stay this year. This GHotel is really nice. The family suite is cozy, there is free parking, and I like the breakfast very much.

Calm hotel in calm area of Hannover. As vegan, I appreciate quite good vegan choices for breakfast! This is very unusual in Germany. The hotel is taking care of sustainability, using eco-certified cosmetics, and bio food for breakfast. Tea&snack corners in the corridors are nice to have during the day. Rooms have a little kitchen with a refrigerator. The room is perfectly clean.

The location is good, about a 1.5-kilometer walk to Maria Square, a 20-minute walk. The surrounding area is quiet. The rooms are small but very clean. I stayed for three nights and it was quite nice.

It was a very good experience staying here. Clean, comfortable room, excellent service, a great kitchen for preparing meals, close to the metro station, and for those who like to walk, you could reach Marienplatz on foot. Check-in and check-out were super easy. We recommend it.

Overall, everything is fine. The hotel isn't new, but the rooms are clean and cozy. The beds are comfortable, as is the rest of the furniture. There are outlets next to the bed and interesting nightlights that can be directed in any direction. The kitchen has an interesting design, including a folding faucet. It's compact and functional. The ability to leave luggage is also useful.
