Clean and quiet room. Out of the city center but the tram is right next door, so perfect.

The toilet stank. Because of the air conditioning, you shouldn't air the room, although I would have liked to do so occasionally. Okay for the price.

Good room, good location, right next to the Rebstockbad terminus of tram line 17. Breakfast OK (but the eggs were only boiled). Friendly staff. The only active elevator goes to every floor where someone has pressed the button.

Nice and clean at a good price. The room was sufficient for a family staying one night. Bed and toilet door needed to be tightend as they were very noisy an vending machine gave the wrong product but staff was not helpful. I think the "service-lack" was due to understaffing. Looked like 1 guy had to take care of both breakfast and reception and we saw nobody in reception from morning and until we left...

I didn't know there was a refrigerator in the room, so I asked for refrigeration, but it was frozen, which was inconvenient, but I received smooth aftercare service.

Breakfast was great! The hotel is generally pretty good, and the front desk staff were kind but not very helpful when asked for directions or recommendations.

Clean rooms, kind staff and the staff speaks English and german, they were able to hold our luggage for us while we waited for the room to be ready so we could walk around

A great stay! Location and breakfast were perfect! They checked me in early and the support staff with free minibar options (water and beer and coke) was all amazing! My only challenge was electricity to the room. They use the card injected=power, so you can’t charge anything when away from the room. This was not ideal.

Hotel is about an 8 min walk to the train station. There is construction nearby which meant we had to walk a short path in the dirt through a park area but not a big issue. Hotel was clean and beds were comfy. No toiletries or amenities though. Not much to eat around here though (nearest restaurant is near the train station). Easy and simple check in/check out procedure.

Constructions taking place nearby makes it not easy to take subway or bus. But overall the room and breakfast are good.

We came here with our dog for New Year's to escape the craziness in Berlin. This hotel is very pet friendly and was packed with dogs which was awesome, thank you for caring. Lots of fields around the area, a doggies dream. We stayed here for 2 nights you have everything you need. The room was very clean, beds are very comfy and the bathroom was very clean as well. We definitely stay here again.

We spent Silvester night here with our two dogs. You barely can hear anything with windows closed. Minus is, they charge 12€ per dog, which i think is fair, but would be better if they tell you that in advance while booking. Territory around is quiet and with little fields to walk at. I needed a one night room last minute, as a solo traveler. B&b hotels made it super easy for me to book a room and provided such comfort- and peaceful state of mind while I was with them. The breakfast room was spacious and they had a great selection of bread, fruit, cheese, tea, and oatmeal toppings.

After 10 PM, there’s no staff on site and check-in is fully automated. However, the process is quite tricky. A fellow passenger had trouble checking in—possibly due to a small spelling mistake or some other issue—and I tried helping him from midnight until 2 AM. Excellent hotel in the perfect location at the train station, allowing guests to walk to all that Bad Soden has to offer. I highly recommend their apartment room with a balcony overlooking the downtown area. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to my family.

The hotel is perfectly fine, decent amenities and a very good breakfast. But the staff - especially at reception - were not very friendly and in the public areas they seemed more interested in cleaning than in the convenience of the guests.

Great service and clean rooms, pretty much the same room type throughout. The overall design is quite minimalist with large windows, though the weather in Germany was a bit chilly during my stay. Good hotel in centre of Bochum. We've been there for one night and all was good. Worker in reception can speak English. Rooms are clear but one thing that didn't satisfied us that was size of bathroom, it was too small and I think if closet was not so huge it has more space for bathroom. The hotel's location wasn't ideal, we realized that upon arrival. However, it was a clean hotel. The amenities weren't extensive, and they sold water for a very high price; it could definitely be cheaper.

Located in the suburbs, it's conveniently located by car, with several multi-story parking garages nearby. However, there aren't many restaurants or shops in the area. The lobby is decent, with a common area where you can sit and chat. Breakfast is rather basic, with limited variety. There aren't many types of ham, but there's plenty of bread and coffee. Dessert options are also scarce.

Perfect for a break of journey, it was great to be close to the station. Room was compact but clean and bright, comfortable beds, good shower, good free wifi. Location a bit far from the city, so be prepared to bus + U-bahn / S-bahn combinations when traveling (during warm weather the U7 line is at walking distance). This is the 2nd time I stay in this hotel during business trip. The first time I believe I got a slightly bigger room than I got this time. Nevertheless, space is not an issue. The bathroom had days with really bad smell coming from the pipes. The breakfast is very basic but good. Nearby the hotel there are not so many restaurants but there is grocery stores and shops to buy in.

The hotel is just acceptable. Main reason for it is the service being absolutely disastrous. I only wanted to pay for having breakfast at the reception around 10 am, 04.10.2025, (breakfast closes at 10:30), no one came for 20 minutes. This was on a normal Saturday morning. They should have at least 2 people at the reception, there were other people waiting as well apart of me! Went to grab breakfast...

Overall, I had a positive experience. The property is centrally located, with the U-Bahn station just a 5-minute walk away, and supermarkets conveniently located right next to the property. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. However, I did notice a couple of minor issues: the soap dispenser in the shower was empty, and there was a stain on the pillowcase.

Reasonable hotel close to a UBahn station to get init the city. Perfect for Oktoberfest! Pillows are a bit weak so you might need two!
