My husband and I stayed a nigh during our 24‑hour layover. It was just a short walk from the arrival hall, and overall we had a nice, easy stay

Very convenient and service was very good. Go to departure area and look for zone 13, go up the escalator and turn right, walk all the way until you see the hotel entrance.

Walking distance from the airport with a great breakfast. Perfect for an overnight layover.

Overall everything was good except for the fact that the wifi in my room is not quite good. The signal is strong but the speed is extremely slow so it’s not even possible to just load a google page.

Great location for early flight or late arrival into Frankfurt. Gotta take escalator from Terminal 1B, near Luftansa counter 13 up one level, then follow signage to hotel (opp Ditsch). Overall good except for lighting in the room - personally I would prefer the option to have the room brighter (more or brighter lights).

The room facilities were just okay. The bottom of the toiletries cup was dirty, and even after repeatedly washing and scalding it, I still felt a bit gross using it. The main benefit of staying at this hotel is its convenience for catching a flight the next day.

A bit outdated interior but very comfy beds and clean

My wife and I stayed at this hotel, booked by a friend, and it completely exceeded our expectations! We usually stay at a nearby four-star hotel when we come to Munich, but it was fully booked this time, so our friend recommended this five-star. The cost wasn't much more than the four-star, but the upgrade in quality was well worth the slight price difference. We were extremely satisfied!

Great location, big room and bath which is always a plus - right next to the zoo and public transport

The hotel is very large and well-equipped. It's a 10-minute walk to a shopping mall, which is very convenient. There's also a bus stop right outside the entrance, which is great.

The room was very clean. The doorman was helpful and took out the trash, which was a nice touch. The front desk staff, cleaning crew, and customer service were all great. The only thing is they require a 200 euro deposit, which is refunded 7 to 14 business days after check-out, with the city tax deducted from it. I hope my deposit is returned promptly, thank you.

It's a very nice 5 star hotel experience. The staff are fantastic and really accommodating, extremely pleasant interactions. The location is decent as well, bus and lots of shops etc nearby.

Seriously disappointed, speechless. The service was terrible. When I checked in, the front desk gave me an inactive room card – no idea what they were thinking. At check-out, they said they'd email the charges, but despite countless follow-up emails, I never received an itemized bill. It's like they can't read. The hotel is quite old, so the facilities are a bit dated. There was a noticeable, slightly musty smell from the carpets in the guest room hallways, but the service was decent. The location isn't the most convenient; it's about a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. However, if you use a scooter, you can reach the Brandenburg Gate in just 7-8 minutes.

The bed in this room category was incredibly soft. I suspect it's quite old, as I just sank into it completely, offering absolutely no proper support. First I have to say the hotel facilities all very new, the bathroom, pillows and mattress all good quality. However the worst part is WiFi, although the hotel offers you free WiFi, but it can’t be connected at all, they tried to ask you pay extra €6 per day for upgrade services, it’s so annoying. The location is a bit far from the main attractions, you need take bus every day for another costs.

Hotels in Frankfurt are probably all pretty similar, with so many business travelers. I guess the German standard operating procedures are all much the same. The hotel floor is really long and winding. I booked two rooms and they were ridiculously far apart. The location is close to the old town, so that's quite convenient.

General it is a top Hotel. Unfortunately we were not able to stream Netflix or others and the swimming pool was not available. We selected this hotel for both services especially for our children. The hotel is quite close to Cologne Central Station and the Cathedral, and everything about it is good.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Breakfast was excellent. Just a heads-up, there's a deposit of 50 Euros per room if paying by credit card, or 100 Euros if paying cash upon check-in. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would choose to stay here again next time.

This was my second stay here, and the hotel's location is excellent, with a very comfortable environment. The soundproofing in the rooms is good, and the bedding is great, ensuring a good night's rest. However, the shower stall doesn't have a full door, and the shower head easily swivels, spraying water at odd angles. At Hotel Bayerischer Hof, the check-in process was extremely delayed, and I did not receive my room until 3:30 p.m. My luggage was also delivered very late, arriving in the room close to 4:00 p.m. The service lacked professionalism and showed little care for guests. The staff should improve their performance, as this delay caused me to arrive late to the Oktoberfest event.

Beautiful historic hotel with many amenities and things to do. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. Everything is within walking distant of the hotel within a few blocks, dining, cafes, trollers, shopping, even has a theatre. The views from the rooftop bar were the perfect nightcap.

Phenomenal location for airport access, affordable, and frankly a wonderful hotel! Literally meters from the terminal entrance, the train station entrance, and a Rewe supermarket (which appears to be 24 hours, or close to it!). Good location, large rooms. We have been to this hotel for many years, but unfortunately, this year, starting with the reception day, the smell of fried fish is terrible, like a cheap eatery. All the furniture in the room is worn out, the bed creaks a lot. For 5 stars - you need to ask for a dental kit at the reception, water-compliment put 1 small bottle for 2 people.

Good location which is like 3 minutes walk to the underground. A lot of restaurants nearby in which you will not have any problem for food. The rooms are clean and the staff are helpful.

Even though it's not in the Old Town, it's incredibly convenient to get to the cathedral – just a 2-minute train ride from the station right next to the hotel, even faster than taking the bus.
