stayed there for a few days on a budget - overall solid experience for the price!
The location is very good, and it is relatively close to the scenic spots. The room is clean and well-equipped, and the service staff is also very good.
I like the place, rooms are clean, stuff is friendly
Honestly, I’m surprised of how comfortable the room was! We were sleeping in a two beds room, which looked like a very decent hotel room with 2 towels, soap, shower gel, everything was super clean, blackout curtains and super comfortable beds made our sleep very peaceful. I will definitely recommend the place!!
I had a very comfortable stay. Amazing and helpful staff. All needed utilities are available like kitchen, laundary, quiet place to study. Overall, great experience.
Had a good time. rooms were ok bed situation was weird having two beds side by side and barely anywhere to store / lock luggage smaller property barely anything to do. Good for a night but not much longer there was some incidents heavy police presence my only night here because of a fight or something but overall felt safe.

Munchen, Senefelderstraße 3, Ludwigsvorstadt-Isarvorstadt 🧭 Map
It was simple and clean. Shower had a weird gap underneath but it was still usable.
The advantage is that it's close to the station and a supermarket, and it's cheap. On the other hand, there are absolutely no services – no shampoo, soap, hairdryer, or towels.
The hostel has least facilities hostel i have ever stayed in there is no kitchen but also there is less facilities compared to other hostel we have been too before. The location is perfect and the cleannesses and hygiene is very good. Some of the staff is super helpful and friendly but cannot say the same for all like some of the keep reminding u of rules like they have white mans burden to improve...
Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable. However, my experience was seriously affected by one issue: a female receptionist with glasses who came across as discriminatory. I arrived before check-in time and politely asked if it would be possible to check in early. She bluntly told me that check-in was only available after 3 PM, and did not offer to complete any preliminary check-in procedures...
Having a balcony in the dorm room was unexpected and very welcome. The location is good in that you are not far from the centre of Munich or the station, but you are also only one street away from a mass of ***** clubs. The bar is advertised as open until 2am, but actually closes at 10pm - if it opens at all (it didn't for the majority of my stay), instead there is a vending machine that only accepts...
Great location, right opposite the train station, which made storing our bags at the station super convenient.

Berlin, Stresemannstrasse 66, 10963 Berlin, Germaniya 🧭 Map
I went there with my friends. The rooms were okey but not really clean. One of our beds was broken and the rooms that were supposed to be for 5-7 people weren’t big enough for that amount of people. The lobby looked cool. We also experienced some night disturbances like knocking on the doors. That wasn’t cool and I think if the hotel is letting school groups stay there, they should also be responsible...
Very affordable hostel with a great location. It's not luxurious of course, but the stuff is friendly and the rooms as well as the shared bathrooms have been very clean. I would definitely book again.
One of the Best Hostels I stay in my life. Super big and interesting building. The Staff of the Hostel it’s very kind and super Helpful all the time. I stay in the private room, it’s really comfortable and big, the toilets and the showers were Clean all the time. Something important is that is close to Berlins center, so there’s no need to take public transport. I highly recommend this place !
i got concerned reading some not so good reviews, but i think those people were expecting a hotel not a hostel. this is a great location, walking distance to many of the man berlin sights. the staff are very friendly and helpful. there is a water dispenser at reception and free bag storage. the lockers are huge and work well. the showers are great. there is plenty of space in the rooms, hooks for towels...
Good location but bad cleaning when I came to my room room was dirty and shower has hairs in it (lots of ) but price is good so cleaning doesn't matter much And entrance to the hostel is kinda scary at night
Good location . Easy to go to downtown of Berlin by subway . The price is amazing for this location . Personal is friendly. Breakfast could be better for the price but it is ok .

Boppard, Heerstraße 172 🧭 Map
Great value with the room recently renovated. Walking distance to the center of town. Breakfast was great vslue.
We enjoyed a few days in Boppard, and Hotel Ebertor was the perfect base. Waking up to the view of the Rhine and the gentle sound of the water was truly refreshing. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is excellent – fresh and varied.
Big clean room and really good breakfast. Cheery staff.
Friendly staff, good room (227) on first floor. 5 mins walk from Marktplatz.
Barrier created difficulty accessing hotel - needed staff help. Motel type room arrangement. Cockroach found scurrying in bathroom. Good Asia Restaurant in town centre, so didn’t use hotel fare.
A woman working at the reception, who seemed to be the manager of the other staff there, was really impolite and behaved aggressively. A man working in the beer garden was also very rude and acted strangely when I ordered a wine. The room was not very clean either. I would never recommend this place.

The location is a bit far from Cologne Central Station, making transportation somewhat inconvenient. The front desk service was rather cold, and the communication experience was just so-so. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're visiting for tourism. There are also limited dining options nearby, which isn't very convenient.
I stayed here when I went to see Cologne Cathedral. It's close to the station and seems to have a good security atmosphere, so I was able to travel without any worries. Thank you for your kind hospitality at check-in. The room was clean, which was nice. Soap, shampoo, etc. are not provided, so remember to bring your own. It was a shame that I couldn't have breakfast because check-out was before 7am...
Worth the price, good sleep quality
The room was very clean and nice.
I was happy to find a washing machine. I didn't know how to use it, so I asked the receptionist, who kindly explained it to me. They also helped me use it. I was very grateful. The location is excellent, about 20 minutes by subway from Cologne Station. The room was just as expected, a dormitory, neither bad nor bad, but average in a good way.
Amazing experience!! The room was so clean. Great location ,close to the train station. The staff were so helpful.

It’s an okay hostel for a night or two, the beds aren’t exactly super comfortable and the bathroom area isn’t good. But the location is nice and th lobby as well
I stayed one night in a private room and was very satisfied. Clean room & bathroom. Friendly stuff. Great coffee in the morning.:)
I don't understand. I clearly booked a female room, but they gave me a mixed room. I felt like my IQ was insulted. It was obvious that this youth hostel has a long history. There was a washbasin in the room, and you had to make the sheets and change the pillowcases yourself. When checking out, you had to put the sheets back in the recycling cart. There was a kitchen for cooking and a dressing table...
Good room with okay location. The problem is the door it is super loud and the room is not soundproof, so you can hear the door banging.
Small kitchen, very small. By far the least clean hostel I have been to. You have to put your own bedding in (they provide it at the reception) and the cleanliness is questionable. There were some kids in my floor running around from room to room almost all day and night which completely ruined my peace. Location is the good thing about this place.
Sometimes the front desk staff gives the key without checking, so in the case of female customers, it is a female-only room, but there are cases where the key of the mixed room is given even though they did not choose a mixed room. Other than that, it's a place that's attractive in terms of price, and it's safe and there's nothing stolen.

Had truly great stay there. Room was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very nice. It's quite close everywhere. The price/quality ratio is unbeatable.
I have just checked out today, after 3 nights stay. I was more than happy with everything provided and the service I received. I was unsure about staying in a hostel, but I need not have worried. I was made to feel very welcome, and would like to say a special thank you in particular to Franco- I found his youthful presence very welcoming, but more than anything, he was very helpful with directions...
Hostel was fine for a night. Unfortunately the night we were here there were around a hundred students in a group and they kept us up all night. It was crazy. Beds were comfy with a bathroom. Try to stay of the road side as the train goes all night.
For some bizarre reason, every night after midnight someone decided to move furniture close enough for this to be loud and causing vibration of the bed. Not really premises fault, but indicator that despite overall quietness, you may hear your neighbours too well. It astounds me why someone in their wisdom decided setting timer of the bathroom fan to spin fast and loud at 5 in the morning is the good...
Clean, friendly, and functional. The room was big enough, the location was great, and the staff was super friendly. They have vending machines with food and drinks and even a bar. The only slightly negative point was that the other guests were not always super quiet. On the other hand, we enjoyed the tolerance of the place.

amazing people and great facilities
1. Clean and comfortable 2. A bit far from the station, about a 10-15 minute walk 3. The toilet and bathroom are okay, but the kitchen is a bit basic.
I lived with two other people, so the space was very large, and my roommates were all very nice. The view outside was also absolutely gorgeous, probably because of the bright sunshine.
Although the location isn't near the train station, the city isn't large. It's just three stops on tram number 11 from the new city train station, then a five or six-minute walk. While the bathrooms are shared, they are clean and well-designed, making them easy to use. There's free coffee at the reception on the first floor, and free tea bags in the kitchen. The kitchen isn't large, but it's very clean...
The location is very good. As a youth hostel, the room is just so-so. But the locks and towels are charged. On the day of check-in, I was with the youth football team, and the black kids were noisy in the corridor until midnight.
Have to explain why I’m giving 3/5 for cleanliness: I think there was a trash juice leakage in the stairway which left a trail and stank while I was staying. Other than that it’s a perfect place for solo travelling - good price to value, friendly staff, ease of checking in and out, adequate facilities and amenities... Overall it was a great experience

Staff was very nice and helpful. Easy to walk around and close to city center.
A beautiful hotel close to the station. Ideal for a family. A perfect stop! The breakfast is amazing too!
The hotel is located in a fairly central area. Walking to the central station is an option, and it’s also accessible by metro. Check-in was very easy. All the staff were polite and friendly. There was nothing to criticize about the rooms. The breakfast was above average. I would consider staying here again.
Hotel with a hostel vibe, but room was clean and quirky with plenty of amenities. Walkable to the old town or U-bahn within a few mins walk.
If you Expect a luxury hotel, you will be disappointed. But if you need a place to be, a clean room, a good breakfast, very nice guys (employeess) and a good atmosphere and all this for a fair price, this should be your choice. I did enjoy. I will be back.

Within walking station to the train station, close to restaurants. The room itself is a bit stuffy, there isn’t any window. Close to this site in the photo, quite easy to find.
Real nice staff and equipment, very neat and clean, big kitchen, and nice ppl
The location is a bit hard to find, but there’s a train station nearby about 10min walk. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the common areas were well equipped, with a microwave, kettle, and refrigerator. Bathroom was clean 👍
It’s located at munich east, so a bit far away from the central station, 10 mins train to central station. But in case, if not just hang out the city center, instead travel to the towns/ mountains near by, it won’t cause much problems, as you need a pass. Also, it’s very clean and tidy.

Our 9th grade class had a wonderful stay at the Cologne Hostel. We lacked nothing. Thank you so much! The staff were all exceptionally friendly. Arrival and departure went smoothly. Our students especially enjoyed the common room in the basement, where they could relax and hang out until late in the evening. Highly recommended!
Very central location - comfy beds - good breakfast! Ideal if you want to rest or party! Everything is close by - highly recommended
I only have good things to say about this hostel. Very warm reception and basically in the city center.
Clean. Modern room. Bright. A lot of windows. It's in the city center (pro and con) so if you open the window it can be noisy (restaurant, motorcycle, police - windows have a good noise cancelling. Friendly. Breakfast is sufficient. Kids friendly. No air-condition. Nice terrace. Visited in spring. Nothing to complain about.

The hostel is super recommended! I was in Munich for 3 days, and I chose Wombat’s for staying 2 nights. The room for 6 ladies is really huge (compared to Berlin’s hostel), and it is super cozy! The location is great as well, very near to metro system and train station. The staffs were friendly to me, and luckily my roommates are also nice!
Right across from the train station, with authentic German restaurants nearby. It's not a long walk to the Old Town. Excellent value for the money. The location is perfect to explore Berlin conveniently, a metro station right in front of the entry with just a few stops to many central sights (e.g. Checkpoint Charly, or Unter den Linden just 2-3 stops away).
