Having to pay extra for slippers and bathrobes felt particularly unreasonable. A small welcome gesture, such as a complimentary bottle of water, would also have enhanced the guest experience

The room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy, but the decor was a bit old-fashioned

Several basic amenities were missing from the room, including complimentary slippers, bathrobes, a kettle for coffee and tea, hair conditioner, and body lotion

We appreciated the presence of the sauna, the Italian restaurant served excellent food, and the late checkout time of 12:00 was a nice convenience

Also, there were no slippers or toothbrushes provided in the room; you had to buy them if you needed them

In addition, the air conditioning did not function adequately. The room remained uncomfortably warm throughout our stay, making it difficult to sleep

If not booked/included it's a top heavy €26 each. It is a buffet style and lovely food though! The location is excellent for most activities. Its approx 30-45 minute walk to the Brandenburg Gate

Wish they could be more generous with refilling the sparkling water daily. Breakfast buffet spread is good too. The hotel is next to Shopping places like Primark and Alexa Mall. Near Alexanderplatz metro station and Tram

Advantages: location and good breakfast. Disadvantages: very small toilet and bathroom. The bathroom is transparent so you don't have any privacy at all. Also there is no refrigerator at the room

Shower screw to the bar  was loose so I needed to hold the shower all along . Not comfortable

Good hotel in middle of everything. Very easy checkout and check-in process. One thing- wifi is really bad. even for watching small reels or videos

My husband and I stayed a nigh during our 24‑hour layover. It was just a short walk from the arrival hall, and overall we had a nice, easy stay

Very convenient and service was very good. Go to departure area and look for zone 13, go up the escalator and turn right, walk all the way until you see the hotel entrance.

Overall good except for lighting in the room - personally I would prefer the option to have the room brighter (more or brighter lights)

Great location for early flight or late arrival into Frankfurt. Gotta take escalator from Terminal 1B, near Luftansa counter 13 up one level, then follow signage to hotel (opp Ditsch)

Ended up crashing here when our connecting flight was cancelled and was very pleased to have such a comfortable and convenient place to stay

The location is perfect — central, yet quiet enough for a good night’s rest. Breakfast was also great with plenty of fresh options. Overall, I can definitely recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays

Pretty good, clean and hygienic. I stayed in a king-size bed room and the front desk staff was kind enough to bring up an extra sheet when I asked for it

Quick self check-in, beautiful and clean room, and I loved that the window could open. The bar is a cozy spot to hang out. The ping-pong room was a lot of fun, and the gym was large with good equipment

The location is excellent, the breakfast was warm and tasty. The rooms are clean. I liked everything.

Check-out was also very smooth. There's a bus stop nearby, and the Italian restaurant on the square has delicious pizzas. Plus, the bakery on the square is great for breakfast if you haven't booked it at the hotel

The mattress was alright, though it could have been a bit more comfortable. The breakfast was excellent — both in variety and quality — and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful

The exec lounge has a great selection, breakfast you are spoilt for choice - even the option for DIY bloody Mary’s which I have never seen anywhere else. Stated in room 5085 which had stunning views of the dome

Stayed again at the Hilton in December. Treated ourselves to a Dome View room with Lounge Access. Just across the road from Gendarmenmarkt Christmas Market and about a 20 minute walk to Alexanderplatz market

Absolutely brilliant hotel, service and staff are amazing and the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and feel. The staff went over and above to make us feel special

Rooms are renovated and very clean. Gym is adequate for a short stay. All the staff are very friendly and helpful

Once they got settled, never saw staff again for the duration of my stay. Where was everyone? The Paulaner German restaurant on site was excellent as was the hotel’s daily breakfast buffet

The cost wasn't much more than the four-star, but the upgrade in quality was well worth the slight price difference

The lady at the Reception was not kind. The room was cold. However excellent location and goog facilities.

We had a lovely stay at Ibis Dresden! The location was great to so many restaurants and shops and malls! We had a great room as far as space wise, the view from our room was great! I feel like the rooms can be a little bit styled up and vibrant a little bit

During our breakfast we had ao many options to chose from! The staff was great! Parking can be a bit tricky but there are some parking garages in couple of minutes walking distance and you can just park with your car there

Appreciate the lady receptionist that allowed me early checked in and even prepared for me packed breakfast (breakfast on the go) coz we have to catch the early train to Berlin

Overall is okay to nearly the main station and easy to walk around in city breakfast is nice & tasty, for twin bed is very tiny.

Good Hotel, however I may also experience much better Radisson Blu Hotels. Probably it is due to the size and and at a conference during my stay, especially the Restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed

Our stay was great! The place was clean and the reception staff was super nice. I just wish they provide disposable slippers and maybe add small toiletries for the guests like in other nice hotels

There are ants in the room on the first floor of the villa. The environment is beautiful, the breakfast is good, the swimming fee is 5 euros per person, and the children are half price. Don't be together like a stranger

Dogs or cats hairs in the room even if it s a allergy free room so our daughter had allerguc reaction the hole week. Otherwise nice place with really good spa center. Bit of a pity that you need to pay 2

Wonderful stay in nice surroundings The Radisson is a wonderful hotel in very nice surroundings. It was very convenient for us as it is within walking distance of the Villa Sorgenfrei where we had a family event

This resort-like hotel is really nice. The breakfast is very rich. The hotel staff is friendly and will answer any questions you have.

We had a great stay at the Scandic! The location was convenient for sightseeing (sights in walking distance) and subway station was just around the corner. Room was clean and spacious (parents + 2 teens)

The rule that you need to ask for cleaning before 11am at reception is weird. The QR cosde that was given to ask for cleaning did not work and you have to sta long queue with those who check in and out in the morning

Finally, we hardly managed to ask for towels change. Otherwise ok hotel in a good location

Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is strategic, close to malls and historical landmarks.

This hotel itself it's quite iconic since it's located very close to the old town of Hamburg, just next to Dammtor train station, Stephansplatz metro station and directly linked to the Congress Center Hamburg, and it's itself one of the tallest buildings of the entire city

Leisure club is quite nice, furnished with machines and equipment to do most of the cardio and basic weight workouts, a better selection of dumbells and a rack for pull-ups and dips would be recommended

Very appreciated as well is the sauna and the steam room. Breakfast buffet is simply amazing, with a huge selection among savoury, sweet and healthy options

The first payment had already been deducted from our account, but due to a system error, they requested a second payment, and we were forced to pay again

Not very silent I have to admit, since you can easily hear what is going on in the corridor and the lift moving up and down, at least in some of them

Don't take me wrong, but from an international environment like Radisson Blue in Hamburg, I would expect a bit more international cusine

Welcoming staff providing good service. The hotel has that 'grandeur' feeling of the past. There's a lot of staff like at breakfast, something you don't see that often anymore. The hotel is also conveniently located

I had a great stay! The hotel was really nice, the room very spacious, comfortable, clean and great facilities! The staff is super friendly and kindly gave me an upgrade, which I believe it was a very kind gesture and I highly appreciated it! Restaurant is also delicious and the room service is very fast

What I found really hard to understand was having to collect breakfast vouchers from the front desk every day, multiple times. The highlight, however, was the incredibly rich and varied breakfast

The hotel is split into North and South wings, connected by an underground passage. It's quite a large hotel, so expect to do a fair bit of walking

Well appointed, but a walk to almost anything of use with the no shops and bars nearby. Facilities and service are excellent, and beds were comfortable in well appointed rooms.

The only thing is they require a 200 euro deposit, which is refunded 7 to 14 business days after check-out, with the city tax deducted from it. I hope my deposit is returned promptly, thank you

The doorman was helpful and took out the trash, which was a nice touch. The front desk staff, cleaning crew, and customer service were all great

Great hotel, close to city centre and S-Bahn. Breakfast was excellent, so many different food choices. Large lobby area too with lots of relaxed seating and well-stocked bar. Plus a great view from the upper floors!

This hotel offers direct subway access, is close to the city center, and the S8 line from the airport goes straight to the hotel. It's convenient for both dining and shopping.

We were looking for a hotel close to the ski piste. Sauerland Stern Hotel was at walking distance. During our stay there was a child playground, they called it : Kinder-Eldorado. This was perfect indoor playground

Great hotel in very good location The hotel has a great location. You can get by foot to the town centre in about 15 minutes and the beaches around the hotel are way less crowded than in other parts

Value for money accommodation in charming Binz Surprising good hotel, considering the modest price and huge scale

It's not as charming as the old Victorian-style guesthouses in Binz, but it's right on the beach, and rooms are surprisingly spacious and everything is squeeky clean. We even had a small balcony, looking on to the forest

But don't expect personal service - this is a HUGE place. And it's on the outskirts of Binz, about 15 minutes walk from the centre/pier. No breakfast provided - but plenty of other places, along the beach promenade

The hotel itself is surprisingly large with a lot of amenities on offer that we didn't have time to check, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as fun activities within the hotels perimeters

Excellent staff, we were upgraded to a better room after reporting problems with the air conditioning. Very quiet and comfortable, great bed, nice breakfast, BBC tv available

Getting to the hotel from the Main Station (Hauptbahnhof) and Marienplatz is very quick and easy. One of the best things is the location—right across the street is Riem Arcaden, a massive shopping center

In our room, we were welcomed by a coffee machine, and the coffee was excellent. A huge plus is that guests can use the sauna and the small gym for free

Unfortunately, the best hotel in that area. That does not mean it’s good, I actually do not enjoy staying there. Needs an upgrade for sure and staff could be friendlier as well.

Great and peaceful location close to the park and small shops. The hotel restaurant is also good. Unfortunately the hotel is very dated and cleaning is not highest on the agenda
