The hotel rooms are comfortable, clean, and tidy. The location is excellent, and transportation is very convenient. The breakfast offers a wide variety, and the staff are warm and welcoming. I've stayed here several times already.

Modern and convenient hotel next to the European Central Bank and Osthafenpark. Pros: Comfortable beds, clean and well equipped gym and sauna, breakfast buffet Cons: standard room is very small (under 20 sqm)

The hotel has excellent facilities, including a rich breakfast spread, a gym, and a sauna – perfect for business travel. Plus, there's a sports hub just a few hundred meters away with brands like Arc'teryx and The North Face, which can be a great deal if you catch a sale.

The hotel's location is pretty good, quite convenient. The female staff member from Egypt at the front desk was very enthusiastic and always smiling. On the first day, I requested daily housekeeping, but on the second day, it wasn't done when we returned, and my child was so tired they fell asleep. Later, they arranged for someone to clean, so overall, it was alright.

Amazing hotel and a super friendly staff! The upscale venue itself is not disappointing and spa amenities are authentic Scandi alike in an environment that doesn’t fail to impress! Thank you at scandic hafenpark Frankfurt ! Best!

The breakfast was extremely poor with very limited choices and almost nothing available. The restaurant staff behaved unprofessionally and constantly monitored guests while eating. Breakfast service ended strictly at 10 a.m., after which everything was cleared and nothing was refilled, not even water.
Although the hotel building is large, clean, and well-maintained, and housekeeping staff were polite, the overall service quality—especially breakfast—was one of the weakest I have ever experienced. I strongly do not recommend booking breakfast at this hotel, as it is not worth the price. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.

Excellent value hotel right by the Main River. I stayed for two nights and really enjoyed the relaxing walks along the river. Every morning, after a good night's sleep in a peaceful environment, I joined the locals for their morning exercises, stretching away the travel fatigue and experiencing local life. It was great, I highly recommend it for anyone planning their trip!

Very clean and comfortable modern hotel with phenomenal breakfast. I wish we were staying in Frankfurt longer. The gym is better than most hotel gyms — it even has a smith machine!
