SmartHotel Flamingo Self Check-IN in Giessen

I stayed at this hotel from January 14th to 18th. The rating on *********** is a very high 7.2, which is what I chose it for. The rooms looked nice. But believe me, all the reviews here are fake. Don't stay at this hotel. 7.2 points? In my opinion, it shouldn't even get 3. To avoid being left out and having to sleep in the park, you should stay at this hotel. The beds were terrible, old, and dirty. You can barely take a proper shower because the water barely flows. When it does, it's either scalding hot or freezing cold. You have no way to shower. Since this is supposed to be a hotel, it's definitely not one. I asked for a beer glass, but they didn't even have that. As you can see, everyone who has reviewed and rated this hotel highly knows it's a fake. It's a waste of money. Choose a different hotel. I'm speaking from experience. This hotel should never cost €75 per night. It's definitely a hotel that charges €20 at most. It's not even a hotel. Although in my eyes it's just a hostel, it should be considered as such. The door keys are old, the rooms are claustrophobic. Everything is green, the curtains are green, etc. No, this view is a complete lie, an absolute lie. Baris Mustu

Well, it was just like a mini hostel, old room and creepy bathroom.. was shocked that the receptionists go home. I didn't bother with breakfast though I saw someone struggling with his.. Not worth the amount I paid for as I paid over 140 euros a night due to a fair. But still better than holiday Inn Berlin, at least my money wasn't stolen from my bag.

The Superior room for 88 .- € the night, was a very simple single room. The reception is not occupied, you had to register yourself and all the room keys were right there in the open. Staff very unfriendly, on the question of whether I could have a different room, the answer came: you can also not like to go again when it suits them. Credit card payment is not possible to debit the payment 3.- € extra. CONCLUSION NEVER AGAIN!
