The room we stayed in (superior twin room) was pretty clean. It had really big windows and a balcony towards the main street. It was bigger than in other locations.
We did have a problem with the AC turning on by itself twice after 2 am, every single night, which caused us to get sick.
The parking situation is not great either. First comes first served, and the spaces are awfully tight. If you have a big car, good luck with it.
The service during our check out day was amazing, wish I would have remembered the name of the man (he was a little bit on the older side) and the blond woman was amazing too.
But for our check in day was not that great to be honest. The guy seemed overwhelmed and was kinda unfriendly.

Room was large. Bathroom was good size. They have parking on site with no charge. The room can have more lighting.

The area is convenient for shopping, a 10-minute walk from the subway, but a bit of a distance from the central train station.

Although it's a small hotel in downtown Frankfurt, complete with a cute, old-fashioned elevator, the location is incredibly convenient. Major attractions are all within walking distance. The staff are also very friendly.

Great price to performance ratio. Very good connectivity via UBahn. Clean and spacious room. I would come back again if visiting Frankfurt.

very central but the houzse is old and not really renovated. The rooms are LOUD, and there is NO air conditioning - so to sleep with open window was impossible. Some rooms are ok, and some are just very bad and old, tv´s are at LEAST 10 years old. The staff is overwhelmed and some of the people are slowly and clueless. Waited very long at the desk! Not again....
