Carpet stains, construction, and they didn't even have.my reservation.

First impression was good. However, several things here and there created a rather uncomfortable stay. The construction around the building was rather distracting. Our floor was extremely warm. We had A/C in the room which shut off every two hours, making it rather uncomfortably warm during the night. We were provided with a small fan which was covered in layers of dust. The closet shelves and floors had fluffs of dust and needed wiping before we could put our clothes in. A light in the bathroom was defect and flickered on and off our entire stay. One bedside had what seemed like sand or crumby particles on the sheets and the pillows were very uncomfortable, small and flat, offering no support.

Hotel room was nice enough, but with no air conditioning or even a fan in the room, it was uncomfortably hot for sleeping.

Centrally located hotel with an inviting lobby featuring a fireplace. The room was very large and clean. The breakfast was very plentiful with a wide selection. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would be happy to repeat our stay.

We were here for a seminar. Unfortunately, we were often treated very rudely and like second-class guests. The manager and a gentleman from a 5-star restaurant were also extremely rude. We were kicked out of the lobby. The room hadn't been vacuumed all week, and the bathroom floor hadn't been mopped. The food is okay. Only the breakfast is decent, and the breakfast staff were friendly. A refrigerator in the room has also become standard. A chef who gets loud when a side dish is requested that's out of stock at the buffet. Never again.

Leider sehr laut denn direkt an einer grossen Hauptstraße. An warmen tagen sehr warm auf den Zimmer denn keine Klimaanlage, kein Kühlschrank. Geschlafen habe ich trotzdem recht gut.

I was here in February 2015, the room was good and clean.
On demand car Park, I was shown enough so no Problem.
The reception area is completely redesigned and really nice, the Breakfast is recommended. The meeting room is new and spacious. I would love to come again.

Nice hotel. Building is old (but renovated), thus the rooms are smaller than newer hotels. Hotel has very limited parking, one usually has to use a nearby Parking lot (building) a block away. Breakfast was reasonable.
