The hotel is clean and affordable. It’s close to Frankfurt Airport, making it a great transit hotel for us to relax for one night before catching an early flight.

Clean hotel, nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, I didn't find the breakfast very appealing. Cheese-topped rolls are placed together in a container. There's a spoon in the Nutella, but that could be done differently 😉

The first stay was a good experience, so I decided to stay here the second time I came to Frankfurt. This time the room was more spacious than the last time. The hotel is next to the Main River. It was a rare sunny day. I went for a walk by the river after breakfast. It was so pleasant! (Except it was a bit cold)

It was a very good stay, but the breakfast was not very varied and the choices were few. The room was large and clean. There were kettles, hair dryers and other equipment, but toiletries and slippers needed to be prepared by yourself.

Hello Team,

I would like to share my yesterday's experience regarding the services in hotel. When I requested regular/English breakfast tea bags from the reception, I was informed that none were available in hotel and was instead offered green tea. It was disappointing to learn that the hotel had run out of regular tea bags, and I had to come downstairs for this, only to be offered an alternative.

I believe there is room for improvement in how they interact with guests. It would make a positive difference if the team could demonstrate more attentiveness and effort towards making guests feel valued and comfortable. A friendlier and more proactive approach can greatly improve the overall guest experience.

I hope this can be addressed for future guests.

Hotel is very good! However be careful with charging station. The idle fee is unbelievable 20 cent per min. So with limited parking places you have a chance to overpay.

Very nice hotel. Everything is clean and of high quality. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. The receptionist was very helpful with my unplanned early checkin. Totally recommend this hotel for anyone coming in town
