Good hotel, rooms are spacious, personal is nice and friendly. Food is very nice. Lack of amenities but great location. Considering price/quality highly recommended.

I booked online king plus, around 25 m square but I think it’s not real.
upon checking in on hotel, self check in only 2 twin beds reserved to their system, after verification from front desk assistant, I was transferred to bigger bed, not sure if really king size but atleast a double bed. I find the shower room weird being in the middle room, it’s first time to have, I think it’s romantic if couple traveler, then you can see your partner trough glass. The room is clean, toilet is decent. Breakfast is good to have for 18€.
It was a quite comfortable stay.

I was frustrated to discover that the water supply was shut off from noon to 3 PM for maintenance—something the staff failed to mention at check-in. After a long flight, I couldn’t even wash my hands or take a shower, which was extremely inconvenient.
To make matters worse, the staff were unprofessional when I tried to take a bottle of water from the fridge. A tall staff with curly hair at the counter rudely informed me that I was only allowed one bottle—even though my room was booked for two people. His reasoning was absurd: he claimed that if the booking had been for one person, I would only be entitled to one bottle, so the rule couldn’t be adjusted. This inflexible and illogical policy was delivered in a condescending manner, and he said I would need to “ask the staff for permission” for anything beyond that. A simple, polite explanation would have sufficed, but instead, the interaction felt needlessly hostile.
The lack of communication and consistently poor customer service made my stay unpleasant. The staff clearly need better training in basic hospitality and common sense. I won’t be staying at this hotel again—guests deserve respect and reasonable accommodations.

Fleming's Hotel Riverside is a great choice for a stopover in Frankfurt - conveniently located, stylish, and offering good value for money. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
The room was spacious, well-furnished, and tastefully decorated, with everything in great condition. It felt modern and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The added perks like access to the gym and sauna are a nice bonus, especially for a centrally located hotel.
The breakfast buffet was decent, but slightly underwhelming compared to the rest of the experience. Some items, like the mushrooms, were overly oily, and the fruit selection kept running out and wasn’t always replenished promptly.
Overall, it’s a solid option in Frankfurt - great service, well-appointed rooms, and a fantastic location. A few tweaks to the breakfast offering would make it even better.

This hotel is amazing, decorated, the buffet breakfast one of the best I ever had.
The room is clean and big, located close to the river.
Easy to walk around from the hotel, many beautiful views, restaurants and great places to see
Gym, and spa available.
I recommend staying here.

Affordability shouldn’t impact quality, and this hotel really shines at that.
My room was clean and chilled when I arrived, and the staff were happy to help me with anything I would need.
With a tram stop at the front door, and 2 sizable hubs within walking distance, you can get pretty much anywhere in the city within 15 minutes. Or cross the street towards the Main river, and go for a beautiful stroll towards the cathedral.
This will always be my go-to hotel when I stay in Frankfurt.
My room was clean and chilled when I arrived, and the staff were happy to help me with anything I would need.
With a tram stop at the front door, and 2 sizable hubs within walking distance, you can get pretty much anywhere in the city within 15 minutes. Or cross the street towards the Main river, and go for a beautiful stroll towards the cathedral.
This will always be my go-to hotel when I stay in Frankfurt.

All good, in general.
Only a couple of things to improve on: you need to warn guests that the restaurant is closed on Sundays: keep in mind that not everywhere is obvious that it is closed on Sundays. When I arrived, I was told: 'Our restaurant is ALWAYS open!'. Frankly, to me the word 'always' means 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
I really appreciate the fact that check-out is by 12 noon! However, please make it clear to your room-maid not to disturb guests before check-out time.
I also really appreciate the fact that you offer smoothies for breakfast. But in my opinion, the buffet selection could be wider.
The room is as I expected and the bed is really very comfortable! The staff at the reception is friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel is really excellent.
