I stayed in Kuehns Muehle during the Rheinsteig hike. It's on the hiking trail, so no ups and downs to reach a village. And there is no need to go anywhere else: they serve excellent and varied food (local and Indian), and they are very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a quiet and cosy place to, this is it.

This is a very charming hotel, we stayed here for 1 night in May 2025. The suite is on the 3rd floor with seating area and marbled bathroom. We love the small touches such as fruits in the room as well as sherry. The wonderful young man helped to carry our luggage to the room, as there's no elevator. I stayed only one night. Hotel is classy. Rooms are decorated nicely. This is a historic place. Breakfast was great too. Staff was very friendly. Location was great too. It s very close to the Rhein. In winter the value was great. Would come back again.

I would not expect a high cuisine here, but the beautiful surroundings and ambiance add to the whole experience. That said, the food was good. The food was nice more pricey than expected but overall ok. Service was also fine the location remains great. Its somewhat more modern and cold as in the past which in the case here is not beneficial. Before it was a great venue and great food now its ok. The menu is bit too slim, I get the focus on the past but its just not convincing.

Everything was perfect! The only thing we didn't like was the TV on a pedestal at bed height. If it were mounted on the wall at a height of about 1.5 meters, the room would get 100 points.

We stayed several times at Trapp. Rooms are very good and clean. People are friendly and always helpful. Breakfast is rich. Situation of the hotel is perfect in the centre. Only a pity that the restaurant is permanently closed, but there are some good restaurants in the direct neighborhood. Very recommended.

The front desk and dining staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean. The hotel has an elevator, and the breakfast was delicious. There are pharmacies, affordable clothing stores, and small supermarkets nearby. If I return to Rüdesheim, this hotel will be my first choice.

My 4 year old loved seeing all the duck decor around. The staff was super helpful and understanding when I had to arrange an early exit. The location was perfect, close walking distance to anything we wanted to see, yet away from the crowds.

Conveniently located for sightseeing in Rüdesheim, it's also close to the marina. While the hotel facilities are somewhat dated, the rooms are spacious and clean.

Rooms and amenities are basic. Clean, rustic fashioned building. The lady owner gave us the instructions on the phone of how to check in and get the keys. Located 1 km to the next ferry to Rüdesheim.
