Located on the banks of the Rhine, next to the World Heritage Site of the Upper and Middle Rhine Valley, it is very convenient to take a walk along the Rhine. The overall service is good and the service is very enthusiastic. Small town hotel, the front desk can help call a taxi.

The hotel is relatively old. I specially booked a room with a balcony facing the Rhine River. However, I found that the balcony was blocked and I could not see the Rhine River at all.

The hotel has a unique style. It is next to the canal, in a small town. There are many Asian restaurants nearby. The environment is very quiet and the overall environment is quite comfortable. The hotel has a buffet and the sausages are good.

The room is not big, the facilities are average, but it is very clean and tidy, and the service is very friendly

Clean, but showing its age. The balcony rooms on the 1st floor don't have a good view!! Pavilion roof and trees instead of a river view! Moldy silicone joints in the bathtub... the first room was smoky! We were then able to move to the next room after complaining. Breakfast is good, but the staff are unmotivated. We were politely ignored and had to ask and beg for everything. I expect someone to at least greet me and tell me what options there are, eggs, drinks, etc... There's still a lot of room for improvement. Definitely not 4 stars... a good 3. Also because of the small rooms and outdated furniture.

The hotel is in a very good location, facing the Rhine River. Although the facilities are not very new, they are very clean and sanitary. The breakfast is very rich. The train station and ferry station are within walking distance, and it is convenient to Bingen Shopping Center and Ruesheim. When the temperature is high, a fan is used to cool down the room, so it is not hot at night; the photo was taken near the hotel.
