I first attended functions at the NH Bingen in 1995 - 1998. The hotel rooms still date from this period and can sometimes seem a little ‘tired’. However, the beds are so comfortable, the rooms are clean and well cared for. The staff are the highlight of the hotel offering 1st service (with a smile). Always book with breakfast included it’s another highlight. Bingen and surrounding countryside are a walkers paradise with enough hills to satisfy and many restaurants to welcome hungry walkers. My apologies if I sound like a travel brochure, but I genuinely like the character of the NH Bingen and especially the service one receives.

An amazing and modern hotel, very accomodating staff. I led a travel tour of 54 Americans through Europe and this was one of our hotels An amazing spit to recoup some energy. Very tasty dinner and breakfast buffets and clean, spacious rooms. I can only highly recommend it!

We stayed for 2 nights. Check in was friendly and efficient. We were driving a car, they had an underground parking garage that was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, lots of variety, it was served in the restaurant which had large windows overlooking the Rhein River. The location of the hotel was excellent, right on the bank of the Rhein, very close to the old town and a short walk from the dock where we took a 5 hour river cruise to see the castles along the river. The room was clean, it could use a little updating and the bed was very hard. Overall I would recommend the NH Bingen for a stay while in Bingen.

My stay at Hotel Bingen was underwhelming. The room was outdated and clearly in need of renovation. There was no air conditioning—just a small, ineffective fan—and the sink was broken, which was frustrating.

The staff were generally unfriendly and unhelpful, which didn’t make the experience any better. On one night, loud music played until midnight, making it difficult to get proper rest.

Overall, the hotel feels neglected and doesn’t offer the comfort or service you’d expect for the price. I wouldn’t stay here again unless major improvements are made.

Located on the banks of the Rhine, next to the World Heritage Site of the Upper and Middle Rhine Valley, it is very convenient to take a walk along the Rhine. The overall service is good and the service is very enthusiastic. Small town hotel, the front desk can help call a taxi.

The room is big, but a bit noisy

Traveling in Europe with our pets can be challenging, especially finding a hotel that accepts three cats and two dogs. After searching, we were lucky to find NH Hotels—a pet-friendly chain that made everything so much easier. The staff was kind, the price was reasonable, and the room was spacious enough for all seven of us to stay comfortably.

We always bring our cats’ litter box, their beds, and food to make them feel at home. Last night, we stayed in Berlin, and when we needed a place near Frankfurt, NH Hotel let us book right away. They even checked with our regular NH Hotel in Hanover, who kindly recommended us, saying our pets are well-behaved and never cause any trouble.

Lovely town Bingen. It’s such a peaceful and charming place, perfect for a relaxing walk and enjoying the beautiful scenery.

If you’re looking for a clean, well-equipped, and truly pet-friendly hotel, I highly recommend NH Hotels. They made us feel welcome, and that means so much when traveling with pets!

It's so old that the facilities are a bit ~~~

The hotel is relatively old. I specially booked a room with a balcony facing the Rhine River. However, I found that the balcony was blocked and I could not see the Rhine River at all.
