Extremely Disappointing Experience Our experience at this hotel in Frankfurt was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival on our first night, we had to wait for 2 hours on the street because there was no one at the reception and the front door was locked. When we finally got inside, the floor was sticky and it was dusty under the bed. The following day, when I complained, the manager said our only option was to find another place to stay, but we would not receive a refund. Additionally, there were insects in the room, and the entire hotel smelled of smoke.

All through the night the hotel is surrounded by noise by drunkers.

******* hints that there is a bathroom in the room. this is not the case, there is a shared WC and shower room per floor.

If you need just to Sleep it is acceptable, but actually too expensive. A sink in the room (including cigarette stench!). Toilet (in the Bahnhofsnivau) and shower in the hallway. Several floors, each with about 5 rooms.
The W-Lan was not congested at me hopelessly and I was unfortunately in vain, for the but easy-to-guess PWD paid for... :(
I recommend the Kaiserhof is just a few meters around the corner!!!

Receptionist was nice.
Late check-in was no hassle.
Smell on the floor was kinda bad (cigarets)
Room was nice and clean.
Toilet was on the floor, not in the bathroom (this sucked)
All in all, it was fine for the price!

This hotel is the most terrible experience that i have ever had.
We arrived between 9-10 am and the first thing we encountered was a super unfriendly old woman super with very bad energy, looking at us like if we're terrible customers. The first thing she said is that the check-in is at 2pm... as come at 2pm.
But anyways we went into the office. Finally we were doing the confirmation with this big man with bad english who was getting annoyed because of that? But it wasn't enough for him. He started to talk very rudely to us, dropping my passport on the desk. I was trying to calm down the situation by saying: hey, you are not giving us a nice service, stay cool . But he was more mad. By the way, we couldn't check in yet and i hope the experience won't get any wore as it is already.
Please do not come here even though it's cheap. This hotel really sucks and it is my first time that i'm so uncomfortable with a place.
