Single-handle absolutely the worst place I've ever stayed in my life. The people there were absolutely the rudest most unwelcoming staff that did not give a dam that you were paying over €300 a week even though most the residents in the hotel were not paying. For the first 3 weeks I was staying there the Wi-Fi was not working and they told me to go to the hotel they owned down the road and on entering that hotel they said I was not welcome to use their Wi-Fi and to speak with the manager at the hotel I was staying at which was the same manager as the hotel went to. One Thursday when I had lost my bank card I told him I paid a 400 Euros in the morning as I was having a shower my door was being aggressively knocked out by the German manager he was telling me I must leave unless I pay the 400 Euros today which I greet before they pay tomorrow even though I've been staying there for 2 months without missing a payment and the payment was only 2 in the next day so I was already paid that stay the night he was a very rude unhelpful and I'm guessing he must be autistic by the treats he possessed. I had left my key at work and I asked the man at the desk to open my door so I could retrieve my bank card get a taxi and get the key so I could go back in even though I just paid 50 euros for replacement key he insisted that it was my problem that I couldn't get in the room even though at any normal hotel they were just open the door let you get the thing and leave but this man was the most difficult person I've ever came across. The hotel is full of rooms from filled with people from Islamic countries that are staying several people including a room which I seen on one floor where there was a Middle Eastern family that had seven children under the age of 10 in one room. If you to speak to me about this hotel I could tell you horror stories for hours if you're staying there long term they do not care your room be left uncleaned towels will not be refreshed and they will treat you like dirt because they are claiming money for people that don't have any other place to go so they are just using cash cows. If you have any morals you avoid using this hotel and any hotel owned by this family which hotel kaiserhof just around the corner is

Extremely Disappointing Experience Our experience at this hotel in Frankfurt was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival on our first night, we had to wait for 2 hours on the street because there was no one at the reception and the front door was locked. When we finally got inside, the floor was sticky and it was dusty under the bed. The following day, when I complained, the manager said our only option was to find another place to stay, but we would not receive a refund. Additionally, there were insects in the room, and the entire hotel smelled of smoke.

All through the night the hotel is surrounded by noise by drunkers.

******* hints that there is a bathroom in the room. this is not the case, there is a shared WC and shower room per floor.

Very very bad Hotel
Staff very very evil
There is only one toilet for 7 rooms a shower is in the room but also a public
Internet cost per day 3€
Parking 8€ Breakfast 6,50€
Very noisy at night
If you turn the light on in the bathroom it is very loud.
4 floors without Elevator
(We were with heavy suitcases and we were offered no help)

If you need just to Sleep it is acceptable, but actually too expensive. A sink in the room (including cigarette stench!). Toilet (in the Bahnhofsnivau) and shower in the hallway. Several floors, each with about 5 rooms.
The W-Lan was not congested at me hopelessly and I was unfortunately in vain, for the but easy-to-guess PWD paid for... :(

I recommend the Kaiserhof is just a few meters around the corner!!!

Receptionist was nice.
Late check-in was no hassle.
Smell on the floor was kinda bad (cigarets)
Room was nice and clean.
Toilet was on the floor, not in the bathroom (this sucked)
All in all, it was fine for the price!

It's not a hotel, rather a hostel. The only good thing is that it is close to a train station.
Toilet and bathroom is shared by the whole floor. Only one "special room" had bathroom with sink, no toilet. We were already being called by 16:30 to come check in because they want to leave the office. You have to find alternative parking some streets away otherwise you'll pay €8.

The hotel is cheap and... it's clean. That's about it. What's wrong with it, you ask? Well, the internet (WLAN) depends on which room do you get. If you are in a room that is bit further from where the modem is located, like i was, it will basically be non-existant. Sometimes, it will completely die out, sometimes it will barely be enough for sending/receiving a Discord message. That's it. Another thing, the manager/owner lady. It is unfortunate to say she doesn't speak basically any English, if you don't speak good German, you will struggle to communicate with her through other means besides hand gestures. She can also come off as rude. The hotel is humbly furnished - it's cheap (justifiably so) and clean. If that's enough for you, go ahead and do your wallet a favour. Otherwise, i advise you look elsewhere.
Share your experiences, help others make the right choice!
Think about what you would like to know if you were looking for a review about a place to relax. Please describe in detail what you liked and what you didn't. What would you advise to other guests and to the hotel owner. The more fully you tell about the hotel, the easier it will be for other people to make a choice and they will be very grateful to you!
