The hotel is well-designed with eccentric taste. It's lively, vibrant, lifestyle-oriented and has a strong sense of community. When I was there, there was a speed dating event which sound fun. The Bar Shuka has a cool vibe. The staff are super helpful and lovely. There is a sauna in the rooftop that is free for hotel guests. However, if you are looking for practical comfort, this might not be an ideal place. Next to the hotel is a club, so it could be quite noisy at night. The location is convenient and quite central. If you are a female solo traveller, please note that around Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, it's not a pleasant area. There are many homeless people in this neighborhood. Most of the time, they won't bother you, but if you travel late at night, it's best to be cautious. Overall, it was a good experience for me.

Great hotel in very central location. Excellent service and great stylish rooms.
There are many reviews complaining about the surrounding area, that is central Frankfurt for you so you need to expect it. Frankfurt always feels safe so I wouldn’t worry about it.

Hello,
We generally liked the hotel, however, there was a party/event taking place in the ground floor or basement. We heard loud bass music continuously until 5:30 a.m. (!) in our room on the 5th floor.
This greatly disrupted our stay.

Very nice property. I stayed in a medium room and it was big by any standards. Very comfortable and well appointed room. Free minibar for me was a welcome bonus. Service at check in and check out was friendly and fast. I will stay here again and highly recommend.
I was skeptical with the reviews regarding neighbourhood but I actually found it quiet even on a Friday evening. The next street was party town but I had no concerns regarding safety or anything for that matter. There are couple of hotels next to each other. The 25hours hotel is also walking distance (5 minutes) to the Frankfurt Central.

I stayed in hotel 2nd time. In room is all you need, its clean and there is comfortable bed + minibar :) Staff was smily and helpful.
Breakfast was ok.
But neighborhood is big problem, so you can expect some noce from outside and druggy people hanging arround. Unfortunatelly hotel cant do anything about it.

Excellent service and smooth lovely check in by Anna! We arrived to the hotel without prior reservations & Anna managed to secure room & get us a good rate! She also recommended Moriki, am excellent Japanese restaurant 10 minute walking distance from the hotel!

The plug in our bathtub wouldn't work, and maintenance tried to fix it, but couldn't. That was frustrating. The room was also very dark. But, with that said, I would definitely return if I ever need a hotel near the Frankfurt train station.

We stayed Friday and Saturday night. Our room overlooked the open courtyard where both nights there was a really loud and busy club that carried on until about 4am. This is by far the noisiest hotel room I have ever been in. If you don’t mind the noise, the hotel is pretty cool. The interior design is funky and interesting. The bed was really comfy. There is no door between the shower and the bedroom, personally I prefer more privacy. The food in the restaurant is great but expensive. The breakfast was nice, but also expensive. The street the hotel is on is really dodgy and has people openly taking drugs hanging around. There is secure parking for 17 euros a day.
