The room is conveniently located near the central train station, but it's a bit small. The facilities are relatively clean, comfortable, and fully functional. Breakfast was average, but overall, the value for money is decent and matches the price.

The hotel is conveniently located on the safe side of Frankfurt Main Train Station and is easy to walk around, with everything within about a 5-minute walk. There are many restaurants nearby. We also had breakfast at the hotel, which was good.
The hotel is quite clean and budget-friendly. However, only shampoo was provided; other amenities such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, and shower gel were not available.
The reception staff are friendly, welcoming, and speak English. I recommend this hotel for a short-term stay.

Only less than 5mins working from HBF. You can find the hotel without going out from Hbf main entrance ( seems to be red lighf & a lot homeless). Just exit from exist 1a and you can see the intercity hotel right away then go straight turn left you can see toyoko inn.

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Frankfurt Central Station, which is very convenient. The price is fair and if you only need to sleep here during the night and exploring the city in the day, this would highly meet your needs. I would highly recommend the breakfast including miso soup and rice, something Asian guests will truly appreciate.

The clock in the room was incredibly loud. On my second night, I also noticed a faint body odor. The day after housekeeping cleaned, I found hair in the bathroom that wasn't mine. The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable for sleeping (for me, the pillow was too high and gave me a neck ache). However, the front desk service was excellent, and the bathroom was very comfortable. Next time I'm in Frankfurt, I'll try a different hotel.

Travel as solo traveller for 3D2N in Frankfurt and this hotel have everything I need.

👍 Location is super good for me. That a bus stop just in front of the hotel. 1 minute walk from bus station. Less than 5 minutes walk to train station and subway.

👍 For room - I love the bath tub so much as I really need it to relax my tired foot after walking so much. The room is small but just good for me.

👍Breakfast - got asia style which I happy to eat after travel more than 10 days in Europe. Got miso soup, white rice, and some asia cooking style vege. Consider international breakfast as also got western food selection.

🤌 This hotel check out time is before 10am which is quite early compare with other hotel. Anyway you can pay for late check out.

👎 The clock stop working... I take a nap after check in and wake up then look at the clock which point at 3.15...though it 3.15am and continue sleep.. i only realize the clock not working when I wake up again at 4am... so my 1st day wasted because of the clock...

👎 I was disturd by the housekeeping 2 times when I tired and sleep in the room. They knock the room then open the door before I respond. I end up pissed off and put the sign on the door for do not disturd. Not sure why they doing this as I did not request cleaning for my room.

Anyway overall still good experience and will return if I travel solo again.

I stayed at this hotel for one night as a layover before heading to Austria. It's very close to the central station and clean. The lobby looked quite spacious, but the room itself was tiny. Breakfast was good, and you can store your luggage. Check-out is at 10 AM, and it seems they charge 10 Euros per hour for late check-out.

Just like the budget Toyoko Inn in Japan, this place uses cheap plastic wallpaper (which, surprisingly, is also imported from Japan). The moment you walk in, there's a pungent chemical smell. It's not cigarette smoke! It's that glue-and-wallpaper smell from cheap Japanese hotels that never seems to dissipate, even years after they open.

Checked in late around 10pm and got assigned a room on the 4th floor that wasn’t cleaned yet. I was shocked when I saw that. Already tired, I had to drag my luggage to the reception again and ask for a proper room. Another reception staff assigned me to a room on the 7th floor with nice view of the train station (thanks). However, on the last night, saw a tiny cockroach at the side of the window in my room. Again, shocked since I expected better from a Japanese chain hotel. The design of the room was a bit old school and should be modernized and would appreciate if basic toilet amenities were provided. Breakfast was decent with a variety of food. Reception staff (aside from the one who assigned me the uncleaned room) was super friendly, nice and helpful. Overall, value stay and the location is great.

The worst toyoko inn I've ever stayed in. Terrible brekfast, terrible service and terrible wifi in the room. It's a complete tradgidy comapred with the toyoko inn in other cities. It should not exist.
