Dormero Hotel Frankfurt Messe in Frankfurt am Main

Location is perfect for visiting Messe. It would be great if the facilities are upgraded with a bit of sound insulation as it's quite close to the railway. Other than that, everything is meeting up with standards.

Charged minibar expense to my credit card without telling which I did not take anything from the minibar. Unable to ask for refund through Trip.com as it is simply useless to use the chat with hotel function to clarify this matter. Let this feedback be the trigger

The hotel staff is very friendly, howecer the location is quite far from the city center, but its next to the metro so its still perfect!

Good value, reasonably priced hotel in a good location for Messe Frankfurt. Room was clean with a comfy bed and a good shower.
The only downside is they don't serve evening meals, but there are a few restaurants close by.

I would say that this is a great hotel! It was a crazy heatwave when I arrive (35C at least) and I felt thoroughly comforted by the AC in my room.

Note: I also just came from another hotel across the street in which room I almost fainted from heat :/ Even though the previous hotel had AC, they limited the temp and the room was around 30C.

Hence, on my last two days I decided to move to this hotel and what a great decision in was! The reception was very friendly, AC was heaven sent… (Im actually writing this while in the room) room was very clean and safety was okay.

One thing to note though that the windows of the room is not as noise-proof as one would have hoped! So light sleepers beware. But i’d trade that any day with the good AC esp in this heatwave. 🥵

Will not hesitate to come back and to recommend this hotel to anyone! Even the lobby has good AC. Grateful!

Overall, it was quite clean, and the room was okay. It's not far from the Frankfurt Exhibition Center, about a 15-minute walk, though it's a bit uphill. It's a good place to stay for a business trip, and Sky Plaza is just a couple of bus stops away, making it quite convenient.

The room was a bit basic, and the soundproofing wasn't particularly good. The refrigerator was stocked with free drinks, including water and wine, which was a nice touch. I'd definitely consider staying here again.
