Staff were helpful and friendly, and there were plenty of amenities like the pool and sauna to enjoy after a day of hiking. Overall, it's a solid choice for a relaxing getaway — not luxurious, but well worth the stay

Very good stay can reccomend I had a very enjoyable stay at AHORN Harz Hotel Braunlage. The location is ideal for exploring the Harz mountains, and the views from the room were lovely

The rooms are spacious and clean! The staff is friendly and helpful! The breakfast is extensive and well-prepared! There's plenty to do in and around the hotel! There's a sauna, swimming pool, and fitness room! There are plenty of activities for children! A perfect hotel for couples, older couples, and families with children! Parking is available, but it's paid! We had a good and pleasant stay

Excellent food. Natural local ingredients, well blended and sophisticated flavours and good portion size. Modern design with good atmosphere and good service. Would recommend. Only used the restraunt.

Very nice, friendly, courteous, professional staff, well balanced menu, not to modern for this rather conservative place, but not too classic. Fish and pork medallions were very good, good wine list

From the outside it looks due to the slightly strong light it a little uncomfortable, but Inside it looks different, very modern and you feel comfortable, also the owners are working on a Dimmer

Restaurant: elegantly layed-out interior, modern and chic. Service was excellent and attentive. Bar : nice atmosphere with football or music (depending on time of day and clientel)

The atmosphere and value is quite good. Very classy place. The food is very high quality but I wouldn't recommend getting the Viktoria burger.

We were given valuable tips for the event in town. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the wellness area with swimming pool was just great, the breakfast buffet was very extensive and tasty

We were freshly prepared scrambled eggs and bacon and there was everything you wanted in terms of hot drinks. The evening at the bar was also very funny, the lady at the front desk was also great at the bar and very nice

We stayed at the Hotel Hohenzollern with two families for Walpurgis Night. The hotel staff, especially the two ladies at the front desk, were very, very nice and courteous

Very nice little quiet hotel with swimming pool and sauna. The owner greets the guests personally and very friendly. There are 2 rooms designed for dogs and their owners. Both are on the ground floor with a terrace

The swimming pool is very clean and quite large. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired! A varied menu is offered in the evening. Very nice tasteful decorations throughout the house

Great hotel. The single room I had was adequate but relatively small. The hotel itself is about 10 minutes walk away from the town. The staff were excellent and made sure everything within their power was right.

It gets super crowded and not enough resting place. - a lot of things are “ on request”. Like bathrobe, sauna towels and so on

Food is very delicious and actually has flavor ( which is not always the case for German hotels ) - spacious room with nice balcony - good sauna area, a bit small for the hotel capacity though, especially given opening hours Minor points which I noted as to be improved, however again for the price it is exactly on point - biggest pain: opening hours of the spa

Ah but it anyway requires some planning: to parallelize spa visit, dinner and bar cause everything is open at the same time Despite points mentioned, overall vacation experience here is very good and relaxing, and, given that hotels costs are more than adequate for the services provided, I believe, some economy here and there is totally understandable

Cleaning also on request, I believe it is still cleaned once in a while without asking, but we were staying not so long. Key from gym on request (so most likely machines are not very well cared) - no minibar in the room

Waldhotel is really true... Very quiet location, very good for people who want to walk. Also very good with dog.

We booked a room with a shared bathroom but we were offered the same money for a room with a shower and a toilet that was certainly nice

the hotel is close to the mountain, and we left the car at the parking lot and walked to the elevator foot with skis

Super good place at a reasonable price. Good food, good rooms and nice staff and then it is nice that you can park your motorcycle in the garage. Nice area if you want to cycle, ride a motorcycle or hike.

Small rooms but you don't need much if you are here to go skiing. Bathroom doesn't smell that great but also not horrible. There is free breakfast and the food is great. Would definitely recommend to a friend

Fist time I ever stayed in a place with a 'biker' theme...Even had a soap dispenser shaped like a motorbike in the bathroom!!! That was a nice touch...The surrounding countryside is pleasant enough...
