Very good stay can reccomend I had a very enjoyable stay at AHORN Harz Hotel Braunlage. The location is ideal for exploring the Harz mountains, and the views from the room were lovely. The room itself was clean and comfortable, though a bit dated in style. Breakfast was varied and tasty, with something for everyone. The breakfast and evening buffet didn't quite live up to expectations for a 4-star hotel. The evening meal, in particular, was rather disappointing in terms of taste, so booking the evening buffet isn't necessarily recommended.

Friendly and courteous staff, who accommodated us very obligingly. The location in Braunlage is also very good, the rooms are large and clean. Shower in the tub is not that nice. The hotel can certainly not do anything for the sometimes insane Corona requirements, but it makes the stay extremely uncomfortable, almost clinical.

We had a very nice short break in the hotel, the hotel and the garden are in a very well-kept condition I can only recommend it. The rooms are clean and spacious and the breakfast is superb. This hotel exceeded our expectations by far. Nice, clean and quiet. In walking distance to the center of Braunlage. They even had storage for our bikes there. Fantastic breakfast. And most of all: Maybe the friendliest host I have ever experienced in any hotel on the world.

We were back with Claudia and Reiner. The two always surprise us. Stay from December 30th, 2021 to January 2nd, 2022 I stayed in a single room (room 19). Everything was clean and tidy. Mrs. Hecker was friendly and so was the staff.
