We had a really great stay here. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, but a special mention to the manager of the hotel who came over to say hello, had a chat with us, and even greeted our cat Amber. That genuinely made our day. We were also kindly offered coffee on the house, which was such a nice touch.
It’s the little things like this that make a place feel special. Amber says hello too 🐾
We’d happily stay here again.

In the morning i paid for a large bier 4euros.
I came back to hotel on the same evening and suddenly bier was 5.5euros. How?!
Mainly workers are friendly and helpful.

Far out of the center, the parking garage is quite far from the hotel and if you have a big car the entrance is a challenge. The room was comfortable except for the badly designed bathroom with the door hitting the toilet bowl and not closing properly.

Hotel was so clean and located in a very quiet and nea a lush garden. Staffs were friendly. Rooms were super clean and we felt like home here. Breakfast was fine. In regard the money we had a pleasant stay for one night.

The hotel is in a very quiet place and is overall clean and tidy

The hotel's surroundings are nice, Hannover Zoo is right next door, and the greenery is very good. It's convenient to eat around, and there are many choices within walking distance, but the branches are scattered, and many service staff don't speak English.
The hotel facilities are average. The so-called double bed room is actually two beds put together like this, and this roll of paper is almost on the ground, which is speechless!
The hotel has few breakfast options, and every day it's some bread and sausages. For people like us who are going to stay here for a week, it's really a bit overwhelming, but the service is not bad!
