This hotel is excellently located minutes from the main station, and walkable to everywhere in central Hannover. It is very clean, comfortable beds, and inexpensive, with a very functionable ensuite

Very close to the train station, the location is excellent, opposite the hotel is a multi-storey parking lot, the parking fee is 6 euros per day, which is quite reasonable, and it is very convenient to drive by yourself

Location is excellent, rooms are not fancy but adequate, and staff is amazing. Shout out to Kate who is the friendliest and shows so much care to her clients

The transportation is convenient and there is a big supermarket next to it.

Our family loved the Breakfast in Concord is better than in many more "star" hotels. There are also hot dishes of eggs, and different types of coffees and fresh juices

Only had 1 cover for 2 beds so my mate used dirty 1 out of wardrobe. 00am it was ok can't remmber how much it was £78. 00 i think for night that for 2. Apart from that cover it was clean

It's a bit of a walk from the central station, but it's not too far. The room is big enough to fit a bed and a suitcase, but there's no window. It's a duplex, and there's a shower room on the top floor.

The room is not big, but very clean, the best choice for traveling alone

Hotel checkin is done by app. incheck after midnight didnt work for me.

Freshly and modernly renovated, friendly staff, and a great breakfast! The only complaint is that our standard room could have been half a meter wider around the bed

The user experience is excellent, especially the air conditioning, which can be quite draughty. On a hot day in Germany, air-conditioned rooms are simply wonderful!

The hotel is right next to Hanover train station. There's a very authentic Chinese restaurant across the street. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful

Unfortunately, the road from the train station gate to the hotel is full of homeless people, and there is a smell of urine on the road, which may be the only point that deducts points

The hotel is quite conveniently located near the central train station, with easy access to restaurants and transportation. However, the hotel lacks Wi-Fi, and my room didn't have an elevator, which was inconvenient.

Older style , nice hotel, I was very briefly there in , went out and back into sleep left at 4 am, the staff were so super friendly and helpful tho, there was a fridge in my room, older style decor and so forth but the price reflects , I didn't use anything in the bar or lobby but they looked like they ha da good breakfast and so forth Elevators up to rooms Bathroom had a nice shower and so forth...

This is one of the Centro Hotels group and was a great value for money. Close to Hauptbahnhof, friendly staff, clean rooms, good Wi-Fi. The breakfast was excellent.

Double bed room as solo traveler was very comfortable. Parking places available in and around. Very quiet and can smoke on balcon. Reception workers very nice and helpful. For the price totally worth it

The single room is small, suitable for solo travelers; don't expect too much, it's sufficient for basic rest and washing. The soundproofing isn't great, but thankfully everyone is generally quiet at night

The room was clean, but no phone for reception made things tricky. No water, toothpaste, or kettle was a bummer. Reception closed at 10, but you could use your room card

This hotel is about 10 mins walk from Hannover Central Station. Its directly opposites an Indian restaurant and there are several small mini markets around the hotel

The room was clean, but there was a slight sweaty smell. The location was good, right near the central station, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It's downtown at night, so it can get a bit noisy on weekends

Of course this was not the fault of the hotel, but the issue is that the walls and doors are very thin and you can hear all of the noises. If you stay here, bring earplugs or use a white noise app

The room has everything you need, but the hotel is quite old and the hallways are not cleaned (vacuumed). There are lint, scraps, etc. lying around everywhere

The location is also great, which the train station only about a 10 minute walk away and the city center about as far. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Hannover

The building is a bit old, but of course I understand that not everything can be renovated all the time. With the bus stop right outside the door, you can get to the center quickly

Close to the Maschsee and the New Town Hall, Meiers Lebenslust Brauerei, Lorrettas as well as the Red Thread. No breakfast included, but no matter, there is the wonderful Brotkörbli right nearby

Decent, clean hotel. No reception but wasn’t a problem for us, just has a lock box for the key.

Quite expensive for no frills. Very practical and comfortable. I don't think I appreciated on booking it was without a receptionist which made the whole experience feel very transactional (which is fine on business)

The 5 stars are for the owners who are very nice and dedicated, they put a lot of efforts to improve this hotel which was left aside for a long time by the previous owners

A 30min walk from the HBF, or a 5min tram, location is fine, easy to find, small room, which is all that was required, shared bathroom, although there was a sink in the room, the taps didn't work, asked for them to be looked at, but nothing appeared to be done

Tv in room, wifi was great, staff were helpful and kind, lending me a kettle and cutlery. Supermarket and bakery within a minutes walk

The location is not bad but unfortunately the room is bad and the cleaning is not good, the walls are disgraceful and they ask if you smoke.

One surprising fact I found in the hotel is that it doesn't have a kettle in the room and no spare one from the reception either! But the reception staff was nice, patient and willing to spend time to talk through my questions

The IntercityHotel Hannover Hauptbahnhof Ost is new and clean. Location is excellent. The rooms are very small. For business travelers a good choice.

we were given a room (old style) which was dark with dim lights, but on request we were moved to a better one from 4th to 5th floor. New room was good , modern and nice size. We senjoyed our stay, staff was decent

Recommend to go to Cafe extrablatt , which serves buffet and ala carte as well. Hotel itself is 5 min walk to aegidientorplatz station. 10 min walk away from Kropcke , so nicest location

Stayed here for one night before flying home. Hotel is approx 10 mins walk from main station through city centre. Sits on a busy main road directly across from Town Hall, which is stunning to say the least

English lady at the front desk was helping and nice. Cleaning was bit of an issue, cleaner comes and somedays fold the blanket, sometime change the towel, but dont clean the washbasin or WC or the toilet

I stayed in this hotel from August 14th to August 26th (2025) - So almost two weeks, as a American tourist: I had originally booked the hotel sometime in July, the previous month

Before I left for Germany, from the united states, I emailed the hotel to confirm my booking - I was reassured that my hotel room was reserved - Awesome! When originally creating the booking I entered my credit card information to pre-pay, however a few days before leaving I was supplied another email that had me read a few disclaimers and officially purchase the hotel room in advance I am 18, from...

Additionally, it is a similar disappointment that they do not have breakfast - however it is clearly listed online that they do not offer it, so please do not consider this as a complaint whatsoever, just something to be aware of

During friday night, despite closing all the windows, you can hear the party outside midnight. I measured 60 dB with my phone at 2AM! So, suggesting to bring earplug. The night after is much more quiet though

I had missed my train, and I needed somewhere to stay for the night. It was already about 11pm. I found the hotel by chance, I was greeted very politely. The hotel was very nice, very clean. I recommend it.

The elevator is really really small, so if you have lots of luggage, expect only 1 to max 2 people fit in. The room itself is great for the price. You get a desk, a table and beds are OK
