Hotel am Hauptbahnhof in Schwerin

i liked this hotel stay (1 night), for 2 pax

my bathroom was not connected to my room though, but we got our own private bathroom and they provided the basic essentials (shower slippers, shower cap, shampoo and soap) and it was overall really clean!

its also really near the central station, like literally right opposite the station so it was super convenient. also a quick 15 min walk to the schwerin castle

the place is really aesthetic too, love the red and yellow vibrant colour scheme of this place!

Directly opposite the train station. 10 minutes on foot into the city, 15 to the castle. Price good, rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is very good for 15€

I would definitely recommend you to stay here, especially if you are only spending 1-2 days in Schwerin. We caught the fireworks show and managed to walk back to the hotel at 11.20pm! Apart from that, other attractions are also located nearby

Cozy and clean place with a perfect location.
My girlfriend and me were stopping in Schwerin for a concert, we both are Spanish professional musicians located Denmark. We booked the room at the las time and the girl who attended our call was very polite and helpful all the time. Once we arrived, the check in was very fast, and the staff helped us to find some activities around the city. There was a quite big festival very close, 10-15 min by walk (and we didn't know), and the girl in reception took 5 min of her time to explain us on pocket map interesting places as well.
We found a very clean and organised and silent room, fresh bed clothes, very consistent and comfortable mattress, cozy illumination and, towels and personal hygiene products for free in the bathroom.
The restaurant downstairs tasted so good with fair prices and discount for hotel customers, you could find local and international food since the have a generous menu.
After a quick check out and say bye, on our way home, I realized I forgot my headphones at the room (a very expensive ones), so I just called the reception to explain the trouble, and ask them if the could send me back by priority post, charges on me. The just did it and the pay the delivery (50€) rejecting my wishes of payment, who would do that for someone you don't know?, let me answer: only very good people.
They were absolutely amazing.
So, good service, good room, good food and best staff.
I don't know if I will come back in some point to the city, but one thing I clearly know, this would be my place during my stance.

The room is clean and comfortable! 2mins walking and then you will be at the train station. The thing I want to mention most is their good service. I have an online psychological therapy at the next day morning but after the check out time. I asked the staff for help and their provide the restaurant room for me! The lady also offered me a cup of hot tea. Feeling very grateful for that!!! And they also sell the Bulgarie skin care product made of rose (I brought a lot when I traveled in Sofia and for me they r very good)!

Very kind personnel! Clean, comfortable with convenient location. Liked the stay at Hotel am Hauptbahnhof very much!

On Top of that
Although I have only one night in this wonderful Hotel spent but it was great.
The room was clean, well maintained and well equipped .
In this Hotel I would check in a week .
I'll be back

Gorgeous! Beautiful, especially "clean Hotel"! Fairy-Tale Atmosphere! Very friendly service and really delicious food. We were there for the weekend, unfortunately, much too short.
Only book this Hotel in Schwerin! I'm excited!!!
