I'm thrilled! This hostel is a real hidden gem for anyone looking for something different from the same old hotel rooms. Everything is handcrafted, making each piece unique. My rooms were always spotless, and the hygiene was impeccable! Plus, this hostel seems to have a special aura that attracts only interesting people: I met people from all walks of life: Mona from Finland, Simon from France, Jenny from Berlin, Emily from Baden-Württemberg, Stefan from Mainz, and many more. There's absolutely nothing to complain about! It's definitely worth the price, and I highly recommend a visit. Enjoy this little adventure!

On our trip from Berlin to Hamburg, we made a spontaneous stop in Schwerin. Thank God!!! - otherwise, we could have the Hostel Heintzes daughters, and the equally charming city of Schwerin, you probably will not experience. The most beautiful and familiärste Hostel we have ever slept in. We have stayed in in a very affordable 4-bed rooms with lovingly designed Details. There is a cozy garden to chill out and relax. We arrived there quickly in contact with other guests who had the route, funnily enough, our trip, just Vice versa:-)
The two hosts, Resi and July were our age - young, refreshing and accommodating. They recommended a great Bar around the corner. In the Morning there was a super wanted to a delicious Breakfast buffet for only 4,50 € with as much coffee or tea as you. The Hostel is super Central and close to the water. We can recommend this place warmly. It is worth the trip, because of the two girls. Keep it up. We'll be back...

Now I'm been to so many times, know every room, but now come only to the idea of writing a review. Continuously good, very very polite and nice and nothing to complain about, nothing at all.

After a successful and confirmed booking through Expedia I got unfortunately, of the holders directly of a cancellation due to error in the booking system. This can happen, so what.
As I turned, but due to my reliance on the confirmation of other bookings (Tickets for train travel, and event) for help, only to you I could feel, suddenly, how it can be treated as a customer there is also:
I asked other more tiger solution (if necessary, tent in the garden, etc.) and tried to explain my Situation (Schwerin fully booked and I sit on the cost for the Tickets). My question to the support in the search and otherwise, if applicable, of liability was dismissed as me "cocky and rude ampfunden" and rugged. I was an "unsympathetic guest" and you want to do with me, nothing more." .
This is not the way I think, how one should treat customers. Even if I was at such a low hostel price sure not to have high expectations regarding Service, this for me is a 'No Go' of dealing with customers, you don't know.
So for me, that is to say: NEVER AGAIN! Prefer something a little more to pay than to be so insulting.
Tip: for those Who tried it, should not take a look for safety's sake, an old native, this is an ill-considered word-for-word unexpectedly on the road.....

What shall I say I was just fully satisfied. I felt so good in this hostel. The environment is very nicely made with real care, you can tell. The kitchen is beautiful and spacious. The bathroom is also very nice and clean. You can enjoy the little garden sitting place and meet new friends there - three cute rabbits running freely in the garden. It is very close to an amazing lake or whatever this water is. And to the castle and the centre as well. One of the best hostels I have ever been to. The owner is a nice person you feel she likes what she is doing and she is doing it well.

What a lovely hostel! Decorated with attention to detail. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you need for cooking while traveling. Even though everyone can easily prepare their own food here, everything is clean and cozy. The owner is incredibly relaxed and easygoing. Since I arrived a little later, a key was waiting for me in an outdoor safe. Bicycles can be safely stored in the courtyard. Three huge rabbits graze in the small garden. Definitely a highlight for families with children. In the common room, there are tea and coffee as well as games for all ages.
The room was small but practical and comfortably furnished.
I highly recommend staying here!

A place not just for an overnight stay, but also for a relaxing break. The owner is incredibly friendly and truly lovely. My group of 10 people arrived at short notice and received a wonderfully warm welcome. From breakfast to the decor, everything was very personal and the prices were affordable. Highly recommended!!
