I never recommend to this hotel anyone its definitely the worst hotel and staff ı ever seen.

Has one hotel manager, very unkindly and unpleasant. He yelled at a 7-year-old child because the child touched books at the reception.

Rooms are terrible has a strong smell of toilet, also room cleaning is not good.

Another big problem is breakfast ; A terrible breakfast for human health, full of completely spoiled and stale products.

Here is a terrible hotel with every detail . If you don't want to waste your money, don't stay at this terrible hotel.

Nice hotel but service is rough around the edges. Very nice rooms, and restaurant (food and staff) is very good. Very calm and quiet and nice gym. No staff at reception from 9pm to 8am (nobody at desk in the early morning to check out). Very difficult to get an functioning iron and ironing board (to iron a shirt in the morning). Of four of us staying, two had hot water, two of us did not.

We had booked this hotel for two nights. we called before our arrival and said we would get there around 8.30pm and we were told it was ok. When we arrived at 8.20pm nobody was there to guid us to our room. We went to the gym which was closing and a guy said I can come and help you. He gave us the key to our room and disappeared. We had requested a roller bed for our daughter and instead we found something like a kid crib in our room. So we couldn't sleep comfortably in that room and there was nobody at the hotel to seek help from. We finally called the man who had told us would meet us at the hotel, and enquired about the roller bed situation. He was extremely rude and said if you don't like it you can leave. I said OK, we can leave tomorrow and you need to refund us the 2nd night. He was just very angry and hung up on me. We left the next morning and no matter how much we tried to get the refund they refused. So it was a horrible stay for us and the hotel was in the middle of nowhere. We don't recommend this hotel at all and I don't think you can call this place a hotel. It's mostly like a gym for the people in the neighborhood. Terrible experience and a waste of money.

Totally recommend! Intieme spa, restaurant, mooie en ruime kamer en een sintelbaan naast het hotel. Heerlijk verblijf gehad, kom zeker terug.

An excellent place to stay
This is an excellent place to stay. Very modern and clean, peaceful, friendly staff, good room, nice restaurant and a proper gym. I mean really a proper gym, not some BS fitness room. I highly recommend Essensio, in fact I asked if there were others.

This hotel succeeded my expectations by far. Huge modern room with very comfortable bed and a great bathroom. The hotel is around 3 years old so everything seems new and fresh. Breakfast was plentiful with all you would need (yoghurt, bread, pastry, eggs, bacon, cheese and cold cuts). We also had dinner there a few evenings and were pleasantly surprised of the quality of both the menu and the food. Its a 40 min commute with train to the Messe (3 euro). Would highly recommend.
