Was here few days ago. At first they could not find my reservation, but they had one free room anyways. Well the room was pretty much like a hostel room... Not the best I've seen. Since it was a business trip I did not care about it much. For sleepover it was good enough. Must mention it was always clean and tidy. Transportation was not the best but whit a google maps on phone its not a big adventure. :) Tram station and shop is like 500m away and bus stop in front of the hotel, but if you want to get somewhere you probably need to change transportation however at least once.
About staff I must say they were very nice and polite, also always ready to help. (Specially the older guy on reception). The breakfast was also very good! Can't have a bad word on that! Wifi was working fine as well so you can do your IT stuff. :D

Normally, not a star. 1. Reservation screwed up. 2. Rooms with full garbage cans. 3. Dirty Toilet. 4. Seamless sinks, and and and. Catastrophic! !!! The words are missing. Never again.
Former Smoking room, it smelled also. "Bathroom" was tinkered with lightweight walls in the room, loose tiles on the floor and all the brown in the early 80s tones. Worn furniture, small TV, a dingy dishes at Breakfast. On my complaint regarding the loose tiles, I was told that this was a matter for the house owner and you could make as a tenant, because, unfortunately, nothing. All in all, no justification for the high price!
We celebrated in June 2015, the wedding of our daughter is there, incl. Overnight. It was a very successful Celebration, thanks to the helpfulness and friendliness of the hotel management and staff. Rooms were clean and cozy. Breakfast is very good. Have rarely seen this nice helpful staff. To celebrate, the Hotel, even for family up to 50 people, only recommend.
Cosy, budget friendly place to stay in Bonn
I didn't stay there, but tried to make a booking as part of a number of rooms reserved for a conference I'm attending. There are two price categories, I asked for the less expensive one, but they booked the more expensive category for me and sent me the confirmation without further comment via email. I then asked them to correct the reservation and haven't heard back in several days. So, yeah, next time I'd prefer reasonably polite emails and generally any reaction at all.
On business from the US and this is the second time I have stayed here. Everybody is really nice and helpful and thankfully, their English is better than my German. The room I have is currently about 74 Euro per night and though it is a little on the small side, it is more than comfortable. The breakfast in the hotel is what I would call standard European and is very good. The parking is a little cramped if there are a lot of people here but I have yet to have to park on the street. I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to or through Bonn.
IT was really nice and we had a good night
Came to Bonn for Peoples' Climate Summit leading up to COP23. Was a little anxious since this hotel was much more affordable than others in area, but I was SO happy with my stay. The location is very convenient to transportation with an easy, pleasant walk to the historic city center. As a woman travelling alone, I felt very safe in this area, even very late at night. The room was pristine and comfortable, updated bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Ample breakfast every morning with fruit, bread, cheese, meat, yogurt, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Good restaurant with very good service, you should enjoy the food menu they sell... I really like the pasta they served...

Just visited the restaurant and bar. Delicious meals: prawn and chicken salad c baked potatoes and mushroom €52; black pudding, mashed potato and apple sauce €14. Relaxed friendly ambience of verandah dining spoilt by pretty constant noise from the bus and train station opposite.

The Hotel really need to catch up in some points. It is out of date while there's nothing you can say. The smell in the room but chlorine and shower incl. the shower head is completely black which just can't be roan. For this purpose, the warm water comes only in drops from the shower. The shower head was changed to happiness. The rooms have no air-conditioning and are unbearably hot. The staff is a little spocki, doesn't mean you really know whether or not it is Welcome. The Breakfast is very Spartan and not enjoy coffee bähh, rolls taste old. The money is not worth it after all, 74 € the night in a single room.

Very friendly family hotel, conveniently located in the center of Bad-Godesberg. Spacious & very clean rooms, and a nice breakfast! If you are on a business trip in the area, or simply taking a time-out in the greater Bonn area, I would absolutely recommend!
