I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It's rotten and outdated, everything is crappy, even the yellow bed linens and yellow pillows. Exorbitant prices. They wanted €118 per night. The hotel isn't worth a star. There's no 24-hour reception. You're woken up in the night by screaming and loud talking. Doors are slammed. I had no peace here.

The hotel was originally a small palace, or perhaps an annex to the Bonn Palace, now the main building of the University of Bonn. Therefore, its interior is quite luxurious, and its location on the Rhine River, near an old fort, offers beautiful scenery. A minor drawback is that there are steps leading from the garage to the reception desk; the elevator doesn't go directly there.

Very pleasant place, just near the Rhine. Professional staff. Old hotel but modernised. Easy access, underground safe parking, many services. Nice Oliveto restaurant on place.

Four pleasant nights. While the room didn't have a river view, it faced the sun, and the aroma of fruit trees wafted through the window. The breakfast napkins were starched, and the guests, seemingly mid-level or above from businesses, had excellent dining manners. The cleaning staff was very friendly and excellent! The elevator had a vintage feel, making the ride unique and enjoyable.

It was very nice stay. We enjoyed a week in the Ameron hotel. Very good breakfast with many fruits and local delicacies! Stuff kind and helpful. Regarding the place, clean and of course the best view in the town: trees, birds and the mighty river. Thank you!

Very good hotel with very professional service. Situated beautifully along the Rhine river. The staff is very attentive. Excellent breakfast. Only thing that could improve: there is no EV charging on the premises (but two blocks away there is). Not a huge problem but they could do better nowadays.

The hotel is very close to the old town and the train station, and it has its own parking, which is very convenient. The hotel facilities are good, the breakfast is great, and the hot water supply is excellent. It's clean, hygienic, and the service is good. Overall, it offers great value for money.

I had a nice stay in this hotel last week on my business trip to Bonn. The location is a little bit outside of the city but still reachable very good by car. So it is very quiet and a good location to relax from the daily stress. The rooms and ambiente are luxurious, clean and the personal is very friendly.

Our 2nd time back because we loved it the first time. The rooms are mid century modern and darling. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the rooms are very very clean. If you are disabled it’s a bit challenging to get up into the shower and the hotel has stairs to the elevator on one side. The breakfast is fabulous and Luis Tobar-Klotz who works in the dining room at breakfast made our mornings...

Great location if you want some peace and quiet and love nature. It's away from the buzz of the city center, and there's a bus stop not far from the hotel entrance... Never rent room 216! It is above the kitchen. At 5 o'clock in the morning the clatter of dishes begins. All day long the equipment and dishes rattle loudly, it seems that repairs are underway. There is a restaurant and a children's playground under the windows.

The hotel is located in the very center of the city. The airport bus stops 100 meters from the hotel. The room was clean, and the heating worked well in November, making it warm. The hotel building itself dates back to 1620, which adds a special charm.

The hotel is located right at the center of Bonn, next to the state house. It is beautiful from the outside. The junior suite was very comfortable and clean. comfortable bed and pillows. Since the building is old, the corridor and the room door is quiet old feeling. The floor of my room was slightly vibrating time to time. Nevertheless I asked for a breakfast to go because I had to leave early...

The hotel is located right next to the historic Old Town Hall in the city center. Beethoven's birthplace, the University of Bonn, and the Rhine River are all within a few minutes' walk. It's a hotel with a strong German historical feel. The breakfast is plentiful, and dining and shopping are conveniently located around the hotel. The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming.

The room was a very classic European-style little room, but it only had a fan. However, most rooms in Germany are like this. It's quite nice to stay a few nights in a small town. The sunset and the ice cream across from the hotel were delicious.

Staying at a hotel with nearly 400 years of history was a special experience. Also, the Beethovenfesta taking place right in front of the hotel was a unique, yet incredibly enjoyable experience.

We stayed here for the night, and everything was according and even above the expectations. The room was spacious, the shower was great (good water pressure!), the temp inside the room was perfect. We also really enjoyed the breakfast; lots of local produce, especially milk-based.

Rooms are super comfy, they have an excellent training room, and the breakfast buffet is delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone stopping by bonn, both for long and short stays!

Newly renovated room, very large and new shower. Superb breakfast buffet on Sunday, everything fresh, great selection. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Good location, quiet. Right next to the spa park, not far from the Rhine riverbank, great for a morning workout.

A really nice hotel located on a mountain, which gives you a nice view over the city. Friendly staff, the breakfast and dinner are really good here. There are also some nice walking trails you can do, if you're visiting this hotel and other things you can visit that are close by.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The room may be on the smaller, cozy side, but it’s spotlessly clean and the bed is wonderfully comfy. The reception team is fantastic—really warm and welcoming—and the whole experience is great value for money. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visits!
