It was not very easy to find due to the name not being what expected it to so that was a bit confusing. Otherwise the the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good! Add bacon and it would have 5 points on all accounts. That being said, I would highly recommend it.

At night you can enjoy a free drink while soaking in the view of the river. The breakfast area has some stairs so be prepared to walk up and down to get your food in the morning.

Very clean. Located in a residential area near the river. The nearest transportation station is 1 kilometer away, so it's not ideal for those traveling by bus with luggage. A minor drawback is that there's only one receptionist at the front desk, so the line can be long when it's busy. The bed was a bit hard, and the pillows weren't high enough.

I booked the hotel for my parents so I don't have a first hand experience. But nevertheless I had to write a review! My parents loved the place, rooms, location and the breakfast. My special thanks go to Herrn Rosenbaum who went above and beyond to make sure my parents had a wonderful stay! Customer service you don't find in Germany very often.

We were met at the property by the owner who made our stay even more memorable. Everything about the property was excellent. We will return if we are anywhere nearby in the future.

The cleanest, most comfortable room I had for a long time! The breakfast buffet is the best as well, even smoked salmon and other choices I haven’t seen in anything but a luxury hotel. We have visited Bonn and stayed at the delightful Hotel Aigner at least 3 times the first in 2011 always for the Christmas Markets. The reason we keep coming back is because of the lovely staff who are there to ensure that you have a good stay. It used to be home to diplomats working in Bonn. Now, feels like muslim town, lots of Arab shops and restaurants. But to be fair, we had the best street food there. No good sitting restaurants around. Hotel staff was not very helpful. AC was not working. Need to climb some stairs with luggage to get to the reception.

This hotel/apartment was in a great location to the Marktplatz. Short walking distance to the Ludwig von Beethoven Haus and wunderbar einkaufen. The hotel on the other hand was not that good. The room was not very good, the bed was not comfortable, the pillows felt like crumpled clothing, and the wifi did not work. Would not stay here again.

This design hotel is located near the Beethoven House. The interior is casual and features furniture from the Scandinavian furniture brand Bo Concept. The room was incredibly clean and the staff was so kind and helpful. They were able to check us in way earlier than our checkin time. They communicated well and emailed us before our stay. They even let us keep our bags with them AFTER checkout so we can walk around, grab food before our flight. I would definitely come back. I'm glad I chose them for our stay.

A full apartment. The walls were quite thin, so if you get loud neighbors staying up late it could be hard to sleep.

We booked the room 3 hours before arrival as emergency stop in our trip. Nice clean rooms. Hotel doesn't have parking but there is some around. General good experience. Adding as permanent spot on our travel map.

The only advantage is the location, just 5 minutes from the Rhein. The room is very simple, no fridge, no teapot, thanks God there were towels) The elevator is very narrow, but have to use it , the room was on the 5th floor. Good hotel close to main partbof Bonn The hotel is ideally situated for the town centre and river Rhine. Good transport links close by. The room was small but comfortable with all i needed. Breakfast was continental and was sufficient. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Really well located for the river and some restaurants . It was clean and reasonably large, but somewhat dated. It was perfect for our requirements, we only needed a bed for the night and a shower in a clean room, located near the river, this ticked all boxes!
