I wish if there’s a transportation to the airport or the train station. Other than everything was perfect

Everything was perfect, but the pool - it was rather cold for me.

My son and I took a short weekend trip to see a Shin Yun performance and stayed at the Marriott Bonn with points. I have never been treated so nicely at a hotel outside of Asia, ESPECIALLY as a non-revenue stay

The staff were exceedingly gracious and flexible. All status-related benefits were extended to us, even as non-revenue guests. My son was completely delighted with the small treat left in our room upon arrival

Great all-round hotel, excellent restaurant/bar and sauna/pool/beauty spa facilities and customer service. 

It's a 20-minute walk from the airport, near a large park with great air quality, and there's also a subway station nearby.

Was quite and very nice. Our family had a good time, especially with the nice swimming pool.

Just outside the center of Bonn, quiet and spacious. There is a fee for underground parking, but it is free on the surface. The service is good and the overall price/performance ratio is very high.

It is actually a real hotel with a lobby and a swimming pool (it is best not to go there), which is rare in Germany, although it is very old.

Super location, very nice hotel too. Breakfast really good, no oates tho, went back few months later, this time round there were oats! Small small cups but better than no oats.

Stay was pretty good but reception staff at night was pretty rude 😞. Like you are not native they will not talk to you in a good manner. I would always prefer maritim Bonn.

Its good location if u want to hike, hotel is clean, staff is nice, but the male receptionist wears a supporting Isaral symbol on his suit which is quiet strange

Hotel with particular modern architecture with all you need

If the view is important to you, it’s better to choose a river-facing room. Just note that on sunny days, the windows get very hot and tend to fog up. During our check-in, the front desk staff seemed quite confused

A room with a terrace only makes sense if you plan to sunbathe — there’s just one lounge chair. Smoking is not allowed, and to enjoy the view, you have to stand at the edge — once you sit, the view disappears

It would be great if the reception team had access to the restaurant’s booking system, so they could suggest reservations only when actually available. The windows in our room were noticeably dirty

They also recommended booking a table at the on-site Asian restaurant, but none of our attempts were successful — the manager always said there were no available tables

I had a nice stay in this hotel last week on my business trip to Bonn. The location is a little bit outside of the city but still reachable very good by car

The breakfast is fabulous and Luis Tobar-Klotz who works in the dining room at breakfast made our mornings so enjoyable. He has the best personality for hospitality

They did explain that they do consider themselves family friendly and indeed everyone else was very kind and welcoming to the baby and my friend. However, I would not stay in this hotel again if I had children with me

I had my friend and her baby with me and the baby made a mess during breakfast and even spilled an entire sippy cup of water which we weren’t able to soak up with the tiny napkins we had available

Well the next day the guy working the breakfast came up to us and yelled in German. I don’t speak German well but I understand it better, and basically he was scolding us for making a mess

Very nice and convenient hotel. Rooms equipped with kitchen. Proximity with trains can be disturbing, but the windows provide very good sound proofing.

Very nice Overall, excellent place to stay. My room was spacious and was as advertised. The receptionist was very kind and allowed my Mom to check out later as I was still in my conference until 3PM

My stay was good, but not perfect. The reception is very friendly, very helpful. The rooms were nice but few things were missing; no tissues, no AC while the room was very warm, no shower gels

Everything was great. The morning check-in also went really well. We were able to take the room keys with us straight away and our luggage was put in the room.

The heating system kept the room nice and cozy, The room size was decent and had enough space for clothes and luggage. The Wi-Fi was good for video calls and watching shows

Great location - our room overlooked the Rhine. The room was good, the bed comfortable, a good size shower and good water pressure. The colour design and decor were interesting

Clean convenient modern room, outstanding roof top where you can spend evening, nice breakfast. Location is also good - just near river and 5 min from city center

Breakfast was also very good! Add bacon and it would have 5 points on all accounts. That being said, I would highly recommend it

This was our second stay at the Intercity this year. The room was good (but the air-conditioning was a little under-powered), the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, with a wide choice.

As all tracks had an escalator, elevator and stairs entrance on the underpass, it took 3-4 minutes to walk from the hotel to the stairs and into the underpass and onto each track

A nice hotel with very friendly and professional staff. The room furniture is perhaps a bit outdated, but it’s good quality, well-kept and clean. Overall nice and calm atmosphere in the hotel.

The accommodation is comfortable with good facilities for self-catering or for hotel catering. It’s only 4 minutes’ walk from the Stadt Bahn, or 5 minutes to the Rhine Promenade

This is a large hotel that still manages to make you feel really at home. The reception staff were excellent in dealing with queries and being helpful

However, one of our best meals was at St. I highly recommend the baby back ribs for dinner, or the rib and cheese balls for a snack at the bar

It’s not a perfect hotel but offers a a perfect price/value ratio. My room was very clean and seemed to be recently renovated. The receptionist was very professional and kind as well

Location is very central, near main train station and also the city center with many cafes and restaurants

Very attentive and helpful staff! Nicely located in the heart of the old town. The tram might not be so pleasant for noise-sensitive guests. Loading and unloading luggage is a bit tricky, but the staff is very helpful

Everything was fine except for the bathroom extractor fan, which was very dirty.

I have to admit, after seeing a few mixed reviews, I was a little unsure what to expect from the President Hotel, but my stay was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish

This hotel is a true gem, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Any whispers of it being 'dated' are completely unfounded, especially with the recent renovations and the new management that took over in May 2025

Plus, having secure bike parking was a great bonus. Overall, the President Hotel offers incredible value and a world-class experience. It's clear they are dedicated to providing the best for their guests

And the bathroom? It was fantastic, with a spacious shower that had amazing water pressure – a small detail that makes a huge difference! One of the biggest concerns I had read about was potential noise from the nearby motorway
