However we did find the Piano bar a bit odd, we went for some last evening cocktails but instead of the piano there was a German guitarist/singer who played rock songs and sang in various comic accents which was quite odd

breakfast I like the breakfast time in maritim, the restaurant has a bit retro mood(in a good way, I kinda wish there would be no renovation there), with kinda staffs

Been staying here for about 5 weeks. Room is very spacious and location is excellent. It is about 5 minutes walk to the tram station. Staffs are friendly and helpful

Highlights include the bar (well designed for evening drinks) and the good (naked) sauna and pool (not naked). Breakfast needs to cater for a lot of people but is decent, with decent filter coffee and sparkling wine

Parking is completely free outside in the open air in a large car park. The underfloor car parking is chargeable (EV charging there but we did not use). We could see our car from our 5th floor room (area is very quiet) 2

Super location, very nice hotel too. Breakfast really good, no oates tho, went back few months later, this time round there were oats! Small small cups but better than no oats.

Absolutely didn't get why rating is so poor! It's incredible hotel for that money, I swear. I quite often travel to Germany and can say that this hotel is a very good option for staying couple days in Bonn

Great location - our room overlooked the Rhine. The room was good, the bed comfortable, a good size shower and good water pressure. The colour design and decor were interesting

This is a large hotel that still manages to make you feel really at home. The reception staff were excellent in dealing with queries and being helpful

As all tracks had an escalator, elevator and stairs entrance on the underpass, it took 3-4 minutes to walk from the hotel to the stairs and into the underpass and onto each track

This hotel is a true gem, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Any whispers of it being 'dated' are completely unfounded, especially with the recent renovations and the new management that took over in May 2025

I had my friend and her baby with me and the baby made a mess during breakfast and even spilled an entire sippy cup of water which we weren’t able to soak up with the tiny napkins we had available

Well the next day the guy working the breakfast came up to us and yelled in German. I don’t speak German well but I understand it better, and basically he was scolding us for making a mess

It was quite wild because he knew I couldn’t answer him (I asked him to speak English to me but he said he doesn’t speak it) so he just yelled at us in German and left

We felt extremely uncomfortable in the hotel afterwards. My poor friend was on her knees picking up all the pieces the baby dropped under the table

They did explain that they do consider themselves family friendly and indeed everyone else was very kind and welcoming to the baby and my friend. However, I would not stay in this hotel again if I had children with me

Best Western Hotel Kaiserhof is nice hotel in the Center of Bonn, very clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and the train station is just across the street

Staff was great. Room was clean. Train station, bus stop and subway were opposite the hotel, which made it easy to get around. Good restaurants close by as well.

The bean bag up there was stained so we didn’t really use it. There is a hot water kettle and stocked mini fridge in the treehouse. Breakfast was good and a nice variety. Dogs are allowed in the hotel but the treehouse

The view from the large window is nice with the trees and cars going by. It was surprisingly warm with the floor heating. The rain shower was a good size. I wish the loft up top had something more
