It is actually a real hotel with a lobby and a swimming pool (it is best not to go there), which is rare in Germany, although it is very old.

Stay was pretty good but reception staff at night was pretty rude 😞. Like you are not native they will not talk to you in a good manner. I would always prefer maritim Bonn.

Really enjoyed our one night staycation there. Got updated rooms and had really nice and calming view there. Our son and parents really enjoyed staying there. The hotel was originally a small palace, or perhaps an annex to the Bonn Palace, now the main building of the University of Bonn. Therefore, its interior is quite luxurious, and its location on the Rhine River, near an old fort, offers beautiful scenery. A minor drawback is that there are steps leading from the garage to the reception desk; the elevator doesn't go directly there.

Four pleasant nights. While the room didn't have a river view, it faced the sun, and the aroma of fruit trees wafted through the window. We have visited Bonn and stayed at the delightful Hotel Aigner at least 3 times the first in 2011 always for the Christmas Markets. The reason we keep coming back is because of the lovely staff who are there to ensure that you have a good stay. Comfortable, clean accommodation in a convenient location

Wonderfully friendly and helpful host. Easy, convenient and safe parking. Delightfully decorated room with warm beds and nice clean bathroom. Everything worked like a charm. Super easy access. Right by a walking path that goes down to the river and park area. Added bonus that the bakery across the street serves life-changing breakfast.

The rooms in the new building have air conditioning, which is ideal in warm temperatures. New room furnishings, comfortable bed, had a single room. The bathroom had no door to the rest of the room, but as a single user it was no problem, access from the hallway. Breakfast coffee, rolls, sausage, cheese, jam, cereal, orange juice, simple but I don't have any other breakfast at home. Service very attentive...

Wonderful hotel in a secluded location. Excellent communication with the staff. Clean room with a comfortable bed. My room was on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the mountains. Having an elevator was very helpful. Excellent breakfast. But I highly recommend stopping by for dinner as well. Very nice hotel not far from the city center of Bad Godesberg,rooms are pretty quiet and you barely hear something coming from the outside of the room, the room is pretty nice with some commodities like a minibar and breakfast in the room, somehow the room look a bit worn out and the bathroom is a bit outdated especially the noisy ventilation is pretty annoying, the room is pretty clean even though...

Friendly hotel staff, the room was beautiful and felt luxurious. We were happy to learn we can access the hotel with our room pass at any time, so we could get back late after the concert we went to. We had some trouble finding a parking spot, but found one in the next street. It is not in the center of Bonn, but I preferred this because it was very calm at night. I haven't heard any of the other guests...

Nice balcony room in the new building with good size… The strange thing is that there is no telephone in the room ،، I have to call from my phone to the reception room !!! In fact, the worst thing is the location of the hotel above the mountain, which requires a lot of effort to climb, which is not practical at all. But the area is very quiet, which is great

Just visited the restaurant and bar. Delicious meals: prawn and chicken salad c baked potatoes and mushroom €52; black pudding, mashed potato and apple sauce €14. Relaxed friendly ambience of verandah dining spoilt by pretty constant noise from the bus and train station opposite.

Very friendly family hotel, conveniently located in the center of Bad-Godesberg. Spacious & very clean rooms, and a nice breakfast! If you are on a business trip in the area, or simply taking a time-out in the greater Bonn area, I would absolutely recommend!

Friendly owner, nice rooms. Free wifi. P.s. Don't buy breakfasts here, because you can buy the same products in magazine downstairs, but with lower price.
