From the reception to the breakfast, and from the hospitality to the location, everything was above expectation. The only thing i could complain about was the pillow, and that's really a me problem, because I never like hotel pillows and i forgot to bring my own. Worth every cent.

Great value.
Clean, warm and comfortable, excellent bed. Our room faced a railway yard over fields but this did not interfere with sleep.

This was the second time I have stayed. The hotel is situated close to the main railway station , so convenient for day trips out to Koln or Düsseldorf . It can suffer from rail noise at night but sleep with window closed and it’s not so bad .

We choose B&B for our short stays when we are not 100% sure if we going to travel the planned route.

The easy and flexible cancellation is the best.

But even though the hotels aren't fency the rooms are comfortable and have good beds and are clean.

The only thing missing is a third seating place in the family rooms.

Great location and great staff. The only problem is the surrounding area has a lot of substance users around, and seems unsafe in evening.

Definitely a budget hotel. Probably ok for a short stay however, I stayed for 12 nights on business. There are only a couple of hangers in the room and limited hanging space with the rail being about 600 mm long. There is no iron, ironing room or laundry service in the hotel. The staff are the most unhelpful, inflexible that I have ever experienced.
