Convenient and clean hotel near minutes walking distance from city center.

All good for the price, except the House Keeping is very very lazy and should be sacked. Didn’t clean the room for 4 days and only change towels and nothing else. Staff is good, but Never had a House Keeping this very irresponsible, lazy and want to discredit the Hotel. Sad 😞

The value for money is excellent. Located in the heart of the city, it's near major shopping malls like DM and Resmann, and is also close to the University of Essen and major attractions.
The breakfast was plentiful, the service was friendly, and although the room was small, it had a great view and was quiet and comfortable.

The hotel is a bit far from the main train station, about one subway stop away and then a 10-15 minute walk. The room was quite clean. The decor was industrial and new. Breakfast was a good value, at 10 euros per person, which was the cheapest option.

Very good hotel. Breakfast included is also very good. It is only a 10-minute walk from the Essen train station.
