B+B Hotel Sud is simple but comfortable hotel. Rooms are big enough and more importantly clean. Breakfast is really good so worth adding on to your stay. Staff is very polite and helpful as well.

I had to go there as it was the only place with a 24 hour front desk. Staff were friendly and convenient location. Lower rating due to the high cost, given how pricey, hotel should have more amenities. Common area was great to work in, and quiet. Rooms were clean and quiet.

We stayed overnight at B&B HOTEL Duisburg Hbf-Süd, as 2 adults, 1 child and 1 dog.
Arriving late at night, reception staff were warm and friendly. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, although as non-smokers the room did have an old tobacco/cigarette smell which by the morning was almost unbearable. The hotel has a non-smoking policy so I assume that travellers with dogs are give ex-smoking rooms. Which is unfortunate as apart from that, we had a comfortable night's sleep.
The location is great, near to the main roads.
And breakfast was light, healthy, with options for everyone.

The hotel is conveniently located near both the train and long-distance bus stations, making it easy to access. The room was comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant stay for the night, and the bed was particularly cozy.

However, the breakfast could have been better. I noticed there wasn't any omelette available, the selection of fruits was limited, and there were no vegan options. It would have been nice to see a more diverse offering, especially considering the growing demand for dietary variety.

The location is convenient, a few hundred meters away from the train station, and the front desk staff is pretty good

Breakfast is very average. It is recommended not to choose it.

I was impressed with how good the facilities and furniture were, and I think the hotel is almost unbeatable at that price. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room remained quiet, with almost no noise from the hallways, despite the hotel having a lot of guests. Good range of TV channels to keep track of international, or news, and football fans can watch games live on Sky in the room. I liked the motivation provided for guests to improve environmental sustainability. I liked the bathroom, although I didn't see any lever to control the drain of the handwash basin, and the drain was closed when I entered. Nice bathroom anyways. Furthermore, the staff were very friendly, despite having to take care of several tasks at once The location is also perfect to explore the city. I will book with B&B again for sure.
