Good location, walking distance from train station and with a view on the Schwebebahn! Important things were clean (bed linen, towels, bathroom), but there were some mystery stains on curtains and ceiling.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall: would recommend, and would go back here when I'm in Wuppertal.

Spent an hour checking for my 8 member's crew at 1am on your awful tablet, 1 room was missing from the booking reservation and NO INFOS were filled in the reservation, I had to throw all infos from names to passport number. How come the checking is nearly longer than the stay itself? What a shame.

We visited as tourists for two nights and our stay was OK but no more. Parking costs 8€ per night and there are insufficient spaces for the size of the hotel. Staff are not available 24h and one man was scruffily dressed, he looked like he had just come from the gym- a uniform would look more professional.
The rooms are ok but very small and there is no privacy curtain from the flats opposite which makes you feel uncomfortable. No tea and coffee in the room and a charging socket on only one side of the bed. The shower was great - but it looked like the person fitting the door had an accident with the tape measure which obviously results in water all over the floor. If all the rooms are like this the hotel must use hundreds of extra towels and bath mats every day!
And finally, we were disturbed by housekeeping at 11.35 on the day of checkout despite there being the do not disturb sign on the door - therefore what is the point of it?

A all over really good stay, it’s a simple hotel, with simple morning breakfast, but the service from the reception is spot on, the hotel in clean, and really great for us that needs a simple two room for us and one for our kids.
It was a to short stay so we had to order a new stay to be sure to enjoy all the great surroundings in Wuppertal.
Looking forward to coming back again.

The check-in was time limited and the worst part was that it was not indicated on the booking email or at any time before arrival. If arriving sunday consider all the limitations.

Twice, we couldn't check in after 23:00 First time we had "luck" and after few trying to reach call, we got help by phone. Next time any phone didn't work, and we couldn't get in. With us in the same situation were three other persons. After 50min of trying we bought new room in double price. Whole situation was end that we received and refund for first booking, and refund of the diffirence between price which I paid on the internet and in check in reception.
Whole situaion was very anoying.
